The provider arrived on time, went over ever room with me, made some good suggestions which I took, and performed the work in less than two hours. Very professional job and I was very happy with the results.

We weren't happy. The guy had been here once before and did a fair job. This time, he just sort of skipped over things. The price was fair.

It went well. The previous owner had a pet and there were some stains in the carpet. They were able to clean the carpets and the stains and deodorized those areas. They did a fantastic job!

Purchased a coupon through Angie's list for a dollar value amount for services. There was a bit of confusion on their part (maybe some unawareness that they had a coupon on AL) but we got it figured out. Service was quick and friendly, and high quality. Carpets looked great.

Corresponded quickly. He was on time and very professional. He did a great job removing pet urine odor in master bedroom. He was nice to enough to add hallway for no additional charge. Would definitely use again.

They showed up when they said they would. Spent a little over an hour and left the carpets nice and clean. We had 2 small red spots on our dark brown carpet caused by a gatorade spill, that they tried to remove but could not. They have been there for years so it was not expected to be removed. They sent us reminder calls and e-mails before the appointment. We would highly recommend this service.

It went very well and quick. The carpet in the living room was heavily stained and the cleaner did a very good job of getting the stains out.

The last 3 times I have had my carpets cleaned and deep cleaned at both of my houses I have owned over the past 3 years I have used Carbonated Solutions which is the sister company to Precision Chem-Dry. Mike showed up on time and did exactly what he was asked to do and the carpets look great,smell great, and were dry within a couple hours. All chemicals they use are safe and environment friendly.The only reason I used Precision Chem-Dry was because Carbonated Solutions couldn't come when I need them too which is rare. This will not be my go to back up company from here on out as they do an awesome job.

Friendly ,on time ,compatent. I would have liked the service to explain that they were only doing surface cleaning and not using their new improved extraction cleaning which should have provided better results.i am not sure I would use this service again as the cleaning professional was in a hurry and I feel that he could have done a better job with just a little more effort and time.

Technician John was prompt, courteous and professional. He explained everything he was going to do and showed me the used cleaning pads so I could see the amount of soil removed. He complimented the quality of our carpet (unprompted), which was great to hear since we had the carpeting replaced/upgraded about one year ago. He treated the wool area rug with great care and treated a couple of pet stains.

Excellent customer service, best carpet cleaning experience. Technician was very thorough in cleaning all areas, did not try to up sell any other products or services. Extremely pleased with results and will use for all future cleaning. John was very knowledgeable and personable, exactly what you expect when you have workers in your home.

I was very satisfied with the work. He helped me move a sectional so we could access the carpet. He also helped me rotate the large area rug. Overall, it was a great experience.

They couldn't clean up the stuff so I probably wouldn't use them again. It didn't come out clean. They wanted to charge me extra to do the "pet cleaning" but it didn't make sense to me. The lack of getting my carpets cleaned stood out to me. They showed up when they're supposed to show up.

Everything went Great. They were on time professional and very nice. I couldn't ask for anything more.
