Precision Chem Dry

It was okay. It didn't get the spots out like it should have. I would not recommend them because it did not remove all the spots like it should have. It was done within an hour. They need to work harder on the spots. He was very friendly.

The gentleman was very professional and did a great job, it's just that I was a little off on as far as what I was actually getting. Professionalism.

Overall I was happy with the results. The very dirty foot traffic area in my son's bedroom didn't get as clean as I would have liked, but I think the technician did the best he could. It was probably more my fault for waiting so long to have the room cleaned that it was just too dirty to be fully cleaned.

Phil did an outstanding job. This is the first time I had my carpets cleaned professionally. I usually do it myself. I will definitely use this service again.

Don't waste your money! I have carpet that is 15 yrs old and pet stains from a new puppy who we got 6 weeks ago. I agreed to pay an additional $100.00 for the pet stain removal above the original $99.00 cost. All the stains came back within four hours. Chem Dry does not use an extraction method and sprays the chemical on the carpet surface. The tech also added 1.5 bottles of some pet stain remover that did not remove the stains. The pad on the machine cleans the carpet surface and does not extract.. Furniture was not moved and the areas by the end table still have small debris. I absolutely hate being sold a bill of goods and on good faith I took the bait. I wasted $200.00 on cleaning that did not do the job.

Excellent!!!! Adam called to ask if he could come a little early and arrived promptly. He came in, assessed the situation and got right to work. To my amazement, he got all the stains and smell out. He was quick and efficient and very professional. I will definitely use this company again.

Excellent work. The rugs were composed of different fibers and he knew each one and gave us good advice. We were very pleased and we did get a discount because we called from Angie's List.

Excellent--As has come to be expected Was scheduled for 1-3, at 10am John called & asked if he could come by in a half hour of course I said no (LOL) John arrived about 10:25am and completed 2BRs, staircase & walk-in closet in a timely manner This is the 3rd time John has visited with us & I will have him in again I recommend the Dowd group completely

I decided not to have them do the work because my carpet really just needs replaced, but everyone I've spoken to or dealt with has been very professional, gracious, and kind. While I can't comment on the quality of work, the customer service was excellent. If I ever need any cleaning in my new home, I'll be sure to give them a call!

It was a good service. The service tech told me up front he wouldn't be able to have it look perfectly clean due to the type of fabric of my sectional, but it would be sanitized and cleaned to the best they could. I appreciate his candidness. Overall, I was satisfied with the work that was done.

Provider arrived within the three hour window they gave me, received a 30min courtesy call from the crew that he is on his way. Great job cleaning the carpet. Very courteous and helpful, would definitely hire again!

We are very happy with the service provided by Precision Chem Dry! They showed up early (after calling us to ensure that was okay), conducted themselves very professionally, and did a thorough job on our carpet. We are very pleased with the way our carpet looks now and were impressed with how quickly our carpet dried after the cleaning (within 2 hours). The only advice I would give someone interested in using Precision Chem Dry is to call them directly for an appointment. We used their online appointment system initially and received an automated email response, but no one contacted us within several days of our receiving that email. So, we called and spoke to Adam Dowd personally and everything went smoothly after that.

This is the first time I used Precision Chem Dry. The owners were so nice to talk to when I called for information and to make my appointment. My carpet looks great! I requested the deep clean method with carpet protectant because the major problems with my light beige carpet were very heavy dark traffic patterns. Mike was the technician who did the job and he was fantastic. He went over the entire job before he started, and even had me look at the carpet half way through so I could see how well the cleaning process works. I loved that the carpet dried within hours. I am looking forward to having my tile and grout cleaned with them in the near future. It's also very nice that you get a 15% discount for being an Angie's List member. This is a company I'll continue to use in the future because everything went so well.
