Description of Work: They came in and cleaned the carpets for a house I sold. They did a nice job for the most part but the staircase still looked a little grimey, probably because they started out so dirty. They were very punctual and courteous.

Description of Work: I contacted this company about cleaning a white sofa with a water spot. They promptly emailed me back and found an answer. Although they cannot clean this particular type of stain for me due to the delicate nature of the fabric, they recommended another company with a phone number that can possibly do it. I appreciate their willingness to help and recommend another competitor in this economy. I will definitely use this company in the future for other jobs! A++ in our book!

Description of Work: I had 3 areas of carpet (2 bedrooms plus great room) cleaned. Previous steam cleaning had left residue in carpet that caused a few areas to attract dirt very shortly after cleaning. Precision Chem Dry cleaned those areas multiple times to remove remaining residue.
