They came out on Friday and cleaned my rug and they did a great job. They have wonderful customer service and I give them an A rating.

A+++++!! Love this company! Stanley does such a good job and I hope he stays with them forever. I have used them 10+ times and my carpets look fantastic every time. I am sure they have extended the life of my carpets. Highly recommended.

He was very quick and efficient. He was very courteous. He was very nice and I would recommend them to friends. We discussed an estimate over the phone, and when he came out and looked at the work and gave me a different price. Which ended up being cheaper.

I have used Precision Chem-Dry many times to clean the carpets in my rental property. They are professional. They show up on time and give you a call before they come. They do a good job.

They did scotch guarded. I've used Chem-Dry in the past but not this particular Chem-Dry. I was happy with Chem-Dry so I thought of trying them again. They were very professional and very careful in the house but I wasn't satisfied with the job they did. I would not use them again. One of the little area rugs in the bedroom was on top of the carpeting and they cleaned the rug in place but didn't clean under it. They also didn't clean the fringes on my rugs. I didn't think they were very clean when they were done. I was very disappointed but I didn't call them back. Their price was great. They were very responsive and very punctual.

I am always well pleased. I am a very fussy customer. I have used this service for a number of years and will definitely use them in subsequent years. They will do a little extra for me with no charge whenever I ask. They are top notch and I highly recommend them.

The person who cleaned our carpets was very nice, explained everything and was helpful, accommodating and polite. He showed up on time and did not try to sell any additional products or services and tthe price stayed as quoted. The cost was about half that quoted by of another company that uses the same methods and that other company wanted to charge $40 just for coming out to see if our carpets could be cleaned. We made the right choice with Precision Chen-Dry. Even the person who took our initial call was great to deal with. Again, the results were great and the carpet was dry 4 hours later. We will use then again to do our upstairs next.

This company is the best. Simply the best.We made an appointment with them to get our carpets done after another company bailed on us. Unfortunately the first appointment we made, we had to reschedule due to working conflicts. They allowed us to grab the exact same spot in their schedule for the next day. They could have easily said no but they made it work.Not only did they show up on time and ready to go, they did not try to up sell my husband at all. They explained what they do, why they do it the way they do and what other services they offer but when my husband said we really just don't want anything expect the basic cleaning, they said "Yes sir" and got right to work. No pressure is very refreshing. The carpets look great, their professionalism was top notch and I would recommend them to anyone. They are going right into our business file and will be THE FIRST company we call the next time we need any carpet, tile or upholstery cleaning done.

I needed carpet cleaning before a party and they were able to schedule me the next day. I was given an estimate over the phone, based on my guess of the square footage. When Joey came out and measured, the price was less. I was also given a discount since I was representing a charity organization. The carpet looks beautiful.

It was very positive. They called ahead and took their time looking things over and explaining why they thought an initial cleaning required a different method than what they used. I appreciated their forthrightness in turning down the job.

Joey was the cleaner representing Precision and he was professional, on time and explained their entire procedure, about how long it would take to both clean and dry. My carpets were very dry after two hours and I moved everything back to its original place. I was extremely pleased with the job and would definitely use them again.

I closed on my new house on Friday and called to schedule the carpet cleaning. They were able to come on Monday and start at 8am; by 11:30 the carpets were dry and ready for me to start moving in.

I received an Angie's Big Deal notice about this company. I had never used them before, but because of the deal, I contacted them. They explained that the deal had already expired and shouldn't have been displayed on the Angie's List website. I advised them that it was and as a gesture of good will, they extended the offer to me anyway. I was extremely pleased with them, right at the start, for doing this. When the technician arrived (Stanley), he was extremely professional and friendly. I told him I wasn't familiar with their process and that I had been a previous, long-standing customer of another vendor in the Valley; the ones that drive the yellow vans. (smile) He was very knowledgeable about the company's process and explained it thoroughly to me. What most impressed me was the fact that he said the carpets would be dry in 2 hours and they were!!! The carpets looked great and smelled fresh and clean. I was very pleased with Precision Chem Dry and will definitely use them again.

Adam arrived on time, giving me a call first. He got right to work and even helped move some furniture to get the job done. I would definitely ask for Adam to come help us again. Great job. Nice fellow.

The carpet cleaning appointment was for between 3 and 5. The technican called when he was on his way and arrived at the time he stated. He explained what he was going to do and did it in a timely manner. He moved any furniture he could and put it back where it belonged. The house smelled good and the carpets look great.

They were very good, I had no problem with them. They were very reasonable, appeared on time and acted very professionally. The carpet was in such good shape that they did the best they could with what was there. I would use them again, but most likely won't only because I have since switched over to tile.

The tech explained the process thoroughly before starting. He offered extras like a protective spray coat but was not pushy at all. He was very polite and even asked permission to use one of the bathrooms. The carpeting was dry in a few hours time and he was able to remove several spots that a previous company had not been able to - I am very pleased with the results.

The technician arrived early and got to work immediately. He was very pleasant and did an outstanding job on all the carpet areas, even those with bad stains. My carpets look almost new. The job started at 8 am and he was done by 9:30. The carpets are totally dry by noon. I am extremely pleased with the job and will use them in the future.

They did a great job. We like having them use the Chem dry formula because the stains don t ever reoccur. They also have a thirty day guarantee on all of the spots that they remove.

The technician was prompt and courteous and provided tips for keeping the carpet fresh. The carpets look and smell new and did have that soggy, damp feeling of traditional steam cleaning. The technician also provided a complementary bottle of spot remover. Highly recommended.
