Precision Chem Dry

We found these guys on Angie's List, and they were great. Our adopted little dog had been peeing in our house at night (long story...I swear we're clean people), and we needed our living room and bedroom carpets completely done. Ugh! Mike came over, and was very polite, professional and very helpful. He used a special black-light to show us just how much of a problem we had. Anyway, they completely took care of the issue, and its been awhile since they were cleaned, and they still look and smell great. We'd definitely use them again, and feel the price was very fair considering our situation.

My call to them, based on an Angie's certificate I had purchased, was answered promptly, the appt. was scheduled quickly and the technician arrived on time. The technician did a great job, even removing stains that I was told were impossible to remove by a previous company. We really thought we would have to replace the carpeting in this recently purchased home but he did a great job of saving the carpeting. I was very happy with the end product and will certainly use this company again.

Kelly was our service rep and he showed up promptly and started working after evaluating what needed to be done. It took around 2 hours to complete and the process turned out great. Traffic areas and dark spots were gone. Awesome service. This was a rental that we were turning in, so we didn't upgrade to carpet protection.

The receptionist was very polite. I think it's very important that the first person you speak with is pleasant and she was! Mike came to my house to clean my carpeting and explained everything to me in detail- I needed it as there are 2 different types of carpet cleaning available and I'd never heard of one of them. He even took me out to the truck to show me to make sure I understood the different processes. Mike is a very personable and kowledgeable young man. I had misunderstood the carpet cleaning process and cost, Mike was patient and broke down the costs for me and due to the misunderstanding he provided extra services. Great customer service. GIVE MIKE A RAISE. He saved the sale! I am extremely happy with the job he did and will definitely have Chem Dry - Mike - clean my carpets in the future. I will also recommend Chem Dry.

I have a carpet made from 100% recycled plastic bottles, and I had read on the internet about other owners complaining how when they had their carpets cleaned, they got ruined. I was paranoid about having these carpets done. Adam, the owner, talked honestly to me and told me that they would do research with Mohawk to ensure that I would love my carpets after they left. The price he quoted was a bit more than the competition, but I loved the fact that they took my paranoia seriously and didn't blow me off. The technician showed up on time and introduced himself. He knew I was the recycled carpet lady, and went on to tell me that he had been trained by Mohawk to clean their brands of carpet. He patiently listened to my concerns and as we did the walk through, he explained why my carpet was wearing the way it was. He applauded the steps I had taken to keep the carpet clean, and made other simple suggestions to help me with future upkeep. He didn't start cleaning until he knew I was satisfied and no longer paranoid. Whew! He did a terrific job and I highly recommend him and Precision. I won't go to anyone else!

The technician Joey came on time. He was very helpful in getting and small pieces of furniture off the carpet before he started. He was a nice, decent guy. My carpet looked brand new afterward.

Left messages on Sunday evening via this site and heard nothing back; so at 11AM on Monday I called them and got their after hours recording! I left a message, but then proceeded to find another service provider who answered promptly and scheduled services for later same day. Although they have attempted to reach me since I left my voice message, I will simply allow their call to go to my voicemail. I use Anglie's List in order to save myself time and do not wish to play excess phone tag.

MADE APPOINTMENT FOR THE NEXT DAY , ARRIVED ON TIME , VERY PORFRSSIONAL , GREAT EXPLANATION OF SERVICES , WORKED PERFOMED AS AS EXPLAINED IN A FAST PROFESSIONAL MANNER . RESULT WAS NOTHING SHORT OF REMARKABLE . I HAD THE SAME WORK PERFORMED 4 MONTHS AGO WITH A COMPANY USING A CO2 SYSTEM AND WAS DISAPPOINTED , ONCE THESE GUYS FINISHED I REALIZED HOW BADLY THE OTHER COMPANY HAD PERFORMED . I USED THESE GUYS YEARS AGO FOR MY HOUSE AND OFFICE , THEN I PURCHASED A NEW HOME AND HAD TO USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY IN ORDER TO COMPLY WITH THE CARPET WARRANTY . PLEASE KNOW YOU CAN CONTRACT THIS COMPANY AND WILL NOT BE DISSAPPOINTED , HOWERVER I MUST CAUTION YOU ONCE YOU SEE THE WORKMANSHIP YOU WILL HAVE THEM CLEANING EVERYTHING INSIGHT.

The owner clean my carpet. He was very polite and explained the process and expectations thoroughly.

THE TECHNICIAN DID A WONDERFUL JOB AND TOOK CARE OF EACH ROOM IN FULL DETAIL. HE ACTUALLY DID NOT HAVE TO MOVE ANY FURNITURE AS I MOVED THINGS THE DAY BEFORE SO HE HAD EMPTY AREAS TO WORK ON. HE ALSO WENT OVER EACH AREA AT LEAST TWICE. HE ALSO USED A CARPET BRUSH TO SMOOTH OUT ALL THE CARPET. ALL OF THIS TOOK 1 1/2 HOURS AND HE LEFT ME WITH CLEAN CARPETS. AS THEY STATED MORE THAN 3/4TH OF THE CARPET WERE DRIED IN TWO HOURS AND THE REST WAS DRIED IN ABOUT ANOTHER HOUR. I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE JOB AND MIKE, THE TECHNICIAN, WAS GOOD TO WORK WITH AS HE WAS FRIENDLY,AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. I INTEND TO RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY FRIENDS. JOB WELL DONE.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This company is one of the best I have ever used. Mike was thoroughly professional and did an outstanding job on our carpets. He arrived on time, performed the cleaning as requested (on some very dirty carpets), and charged the quoted price minus our Angie's List discount. We have scheduled Mike to clean an apartment that we manage as a result of our excellent experience. Could not recommend highly enough.

On August 11, 2012 we had a scheduled appointment between 9 and 11 for someone to come and clean the carpets in the upstairs of our new house. At 10am Mike showed up to begin the carpet cleaning. He explained every step, answered every question we had and was very professional. He even talked to us about our downstairs area which is all tile. When he explained the tile cleaning process for the tile and showed us that it appeared our tile could easly be cleaned we decided to have it done. Unfortunely Mike was not able to do it that day however he called the office and helped us schedule an appoitnment for today August 18, 2012. Today Stanley was scheduled to be at the house at 8am to clean the tile and he was extremely prompt he called at 730am to let us know he was on his way and at 8am the doorbell rang. He again explained the process told us how long it would take and when we came back we were extremely pleased with what we saw. Stanley also explained it appeared our tile had been laid at different times as the grout colors were different. He told us we would notice it would not look "white" until everything was dry.Again like Mike, Stanely was extremely helpful and professional.We will use this company again it was a great experince.

I found them through a special on Angie’s List where they were super rated. They came out and I loved them. They did a super job and the carpets looked super clean. I could not have asked for anything better since the carpets looked just as new. They were right on time and I would refer them to friends and family.

When Adam arrived he was amazing from Start to finish. He was very friendly and professional. Our stairs were really bad because I have not vacuumed them in 3 weeks due to laying tile downstairs so there was a TON of dog hair. Our stairs looked brand new by the time they were done with them. Even upstairs looked great! The carpet was dry in less then 2 hours!! I will definatly be using them again for future services.

The provider arrived on time with a call 15 minutes before arrival. The job was done professionally and the results were great. Our carpet looks almost new. The technician was very conscientious about the work performed and he explained other services that would be available to meet our needs. Precision Chem-Dry did an excellent job.

Overall, this was a very positive experience. The girl at the office was very courteous as I set up my appointments. The appointments were properly made and the carpet cleaner arrived on time in each instance. Kelly, the gentleman who came to clean my carpets was equally nice and professional. He was very conscientous about doing a good thorough job. He asked me up front if there was any specific concerns. In the case of the home we moved into, we knew the previous owners had a cat. He said he had equipment with him for checking for urine in the carpet. The cost of doing that was only $15. He did find numerous urine spots and offered a $65 treatment to get rid of the dried urine. I took advantage of the offer and he then dropped the $15 test charge. He proceeded to apply the treatment to the spots where needed. The carpets came out looking very nice.

Very Professional and courteous ... carpet came out wonderfully as it did have pet hair and dirt. Very punctual and reasonably priced

I was very pleased how clean the carpets came out. First time using the no water method and will definitely use again. I did pay extra but worth it for the pet odor/stain removal. I did not have any odor like you usually do and the carpetS were dry a lot faster. They honored the special without a problem. Adam was very professional and friendly.

Did very good job. Removed some stains that previous cleaners could not. Would definately use them again.

After purchasing an Angie's "Big Deal" we contacted Precision Chem-Dry and agreed upon 15 Jun 2012 for the cleaning our downstairs carpets. One half hour prior to the scheduled starting time of 8:00 am, the technici called to let us know he was on the way. He arrived at the scheduled time and completed the work in approximately 1.5 hours.
