One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating - Las Vegas

the serviceman was dressed neatly and came prepared to do the necessary checks on my system. i had suggested to him a couple items that i thought needed attention outside of his system check and he found an item that needed immediate repair. he told me the cost and after i gave approval he went about the repair quickly.

We called them to get an estimate to replace our AC unit, the person who came explain to us everything so nice that we became an expert on AC

James Rollins was the most recent HVAC tech to service our packaged unit. His knowledge of HVAC systems amazed me. He is very courteous and professional. A genuinely all around great guy. One Hour installed our new unit about 4 years ago and we have used them for all of our semiannual service inspections. ALWAYS very pleased.

Do not hire them !! Unprofessional. They came the same day but couldn't go up to the roof due to weather . The next day they came again WITHOUT the necessary chemicals to perform the coil cleaning (they knew ahead what needs to be done), trying very hard to sell me a whole new AC unit even though the unit works just fine, just needed to be clean... charged me $59 for showing up without the chemicals and wanted to schedule for the following day to come and clean it. wasted my time and very pushy and rude.

You provided quick and excellent customer service. Our service man was excellent.

I think they were fair on the price. They gave me options to repair or replace. I will use them again
