One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating - Las Vegas

John came out and was very educational about the whole A/C purchasing experience. We got 3 estimates for the replacement of our system, but One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating was the only company that took the time to sit down and go over where my money was going and to build value into what I was purchasing. There was no hard sale and we were given all the time we needed to make a purchasing decision. I would definately recommend One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating!

Duct work was cleaned and sealed to prevent leaks, and seems to be working well.

My mom had to have the compressor replaced in her unit. Jonah AND Zach have done an outstanding job attending to this repair. Even after the repair was complete, we felt there were still issues and they came right back out first thing the next morning to check everything. They were both professional, knowledgeable and friendly and took the time to explain the entire process. They are both a great asset to One Hour AC and I cannot say enough good things about them both. THANK YOU Jonah and Zach!!!!!

One Hour ordered the parts right away and got it the next morning. We were cold for a day, but they worked fast and Daryl Urabe the technician replaced what we needed quickly. He came the day before and diagnosed the problem...and was back in less than 24 hours. Done and fixed. One Hour staff is very helpful. Very empathetic to our situation.

I would recommend One Hour Air Conditioning/Heating to anyone who is looking for a combination of any kind of work that needs to be done at their residence. The gentleman that came over to our residence to give us a quote was very efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. He is excellent at his profession. The workers that were sent over the day before Thanksgiving were excellent with all the work that had to be done.

Luis and his crew were very efficient, courteous and respectful. I was working from home and while I was on meetings they worked efficiently with no interruptions. They did look a bit dusty! 😆 Overall it was a great experience. I highly recommend them.

We called one hour heating and air because our heater wasn’t working. They sent Drew out to diagnose it. He correctly diagnosed it in no time and ordered the part. When the part came in he once again came out and installed it and now it is running beautifully. I would definitely recommend one hour heating and air and Drew.
