One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating - Las Vegas

Two service technicians arrived within one hour of my call and they were very helpful and professional with meeting the needs of my situation. They took the time to work out a plan of action to resolve my concerns and treated me like a family member would be treated. Excellent service!!!!

Their price for a new unit were extremely high but when you are in need you have to do what is necessary for your family. So they kind of have you in a though situation. But the work was done good and on time.

My A/C wasn't cool. So they came & diagnosed the unit and said nothing was wrong for now. I even got convince to purchase their maintenance plan but ended up I cancelled it after because they said they will charge me if they come back out to check the unit again in the same month! But the A/C wasn't cool enough and failed after they came the 1st time! Their office people kept on calling me once in awhile and asked how was their service haha but I told them I already cancelled my monthly maintenance plan with them every time they called (10x). They didn't seem to know! Really bad internal communication.

They were able to come out on a Sunday and fix the problem that same day, and their communication and service was excellent!

Hired them to check my HVAC because my home inspection (Aug 2017) stated that my temperature splits were not up to par. They responded quickly and sent two guys to check out my system. Spent nearly two hours outside and in the attic. Explained and showed photos of issues. Long story short, said my HVAC system (17 years old) should be replaced or they could try to repair. The repair cost was too high ($3200). The replacement cost was provided for a 14 SEER ($9400) and 16 SEER ($11400). Intuitively those costs seemed very high. So I had a few other vendors come out to provide bids on replacement. Those bids confirmed my hunch that the replacement bids from them were very high. That's why I took one star off of the rating.

Excellent service! AC Technician was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He verified the 3-unit system evaporator coils in attic were good as well as AC working satisfactory throughout the home. Highly recommend their services.
