One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating - Las Vegas

This was a preventative maintenance visit that I schedule for Sring and Fall. I have been using One hour service for years and will stay with them in future

The tech was very efficient. did a great job cleaning our ducks and called to have broken one replaced.did a great job explaining everything. cleaned up everything.

The first Tech came, looked around the attic area I guess cause I didn't see what he did, my heater still wasn't working, I called again, another Tech came out and really took the time to find the problem and he did. Kudos to the second Tech, he took the time and cleaned the Flame sensor, set up my Smart Thermostat which the first Tech didn't do. Good and Professional done the SECOND TIME AROUND.

Honest review of system! Since this was a purchase in escrow could not do an internal review os system because it required a bolt into roof stud to attach worker harness.

On time and very efficient. Adam took the time to explain results in non-technical terms. Please dedicate him for my Spring A/C maintenance. So far,after buying my A/C and furnace from you years ago,I'm a believer. 🙋

They showed up on time. One guy went into the attic and when he came out there was a crack in my ceiling. The other guy ruined the wheels on the bench at the foot of my bed which is irreparable. They charged me extra to clean the coils which I thought should be included. But they did not charge me to clean the furnace. I do not have a furnace.

One hour air called me up for routine maintenance . When they arrived , my air conditioning was running perfect . The tech. Blair went up on the roof to do his work . When he came down , he said that my A/C was broken , even though it was working fine when he went up ! And wanted me to pay $100.00 for him to fix it ! He had shorted out the starting capacitor , and tried to cover it up ! Eventually , after I told Blair to get off my property . And made a few phone calls back to the company , they sent another tech out to fix the problem that the first tech had created . The second tech also asked to be paid for the repair , which I flatly refused . As my A/C was working just fine before they ever came out ! They called me for the maintenance ! I did not call them ! In the end , they fixed the problem that they created , without me paying them to do it . Not that they wanted to ! I am afraid that the part they replaced was not original equipment and will not last . I am afraid to allow them back on my roof !

Fantastic presentation and work.

VERY expensive, wanted $1500 to fix a minor leak and recharge the system. Tried to sell me a new air conditioner. Charged $89 just for coming out to try and rip me off. Never again.

The service received in the time frame used was great

They came out the same day I called. My system was over 20 years old and needed to be replaced. The install was scheduled for the next morning and completed by that afternoon. The techs were knowledgeable, friendly and did a nice job explaining options. They were careful during the install And did not leave any mess. There was some minor damage in the closet attic drywall, but repairs were scheduled.. Spending money on a new HVAC system is not fun, but these guys did a great job and I had an overall positive experience.

After my A/C went out one night, I called and they came out the next morning right away and fixed the problem. The tech was right on time, courteous, informative and friendly. Made sure everything was working, asking if I needed anything else before they left.
