It is expensive but parts and labor are guaranteed for 10 years, the only Company in town to offer such, which gives my family the peace of mind. That if anything goes wrong, One Hour will fix it free of charge. In 2012, we also bought our A/C unit with them and so far so good . And the techs, all the ones that worked with us, including their Customer Svc Reps, special mention to Kelsey, are very polite and professional.!

They arrived in a short time and cleaned the system to get performance back. They did not try to sell me a completely new system but recommended steps to care of my old system.

Would not recommend it. They wrote the connector has black burnt marks inside black wire connection. Needs blower module and harness. I had another a/c company check it out and they stated there was no such problem.

Air conditioning went out in the afternoon and I had a serviceman here within the next 4 hours and the matter was taken care of quickly
