We have a maintenance contract. They come out twice a year and check everything. It's worth it.

We just a new unit put in June. Turned heat on fir first time and didnâ  t work!! He came and said only seconds to fix When they put in didnâ  t turn on gas probably because it was 112 in June. Anyway all is good. Thank you!!!!

Great service for Veterans

This was semiannual maintenance for our two units. We were reminded it was due and I scheduled. Same day maintenance accomplished within five hours of making appointment. Technician arrived as scheduled and was quick and efficient. Thank you, Ken.

I am upset since I wasted a whole day waiting for our appointment. It was supposed to be at 9 am. They say they called, but I did not get it and I have no records of it. If the person had identified themselves, I would have known. By 4 pm (it was almost dark) their guy came and I asked where his equipment was he just said **I came to see the vents**. So I show him the vents, room by room. We needed another appointment for the cleaning. I wasted one whole day just for that. After I saw on my phone that I had gotten a review sent for their services, and it showed me a picture of who came to perform the work. Only the name matched, not the picture. After seeing they did not match, I got scared and disturbed. I called them and it only rang. I saw an email earlier, a reminder... So, I emailed back. No answer. I did not sleep well after this, I was scared. I never called them back, they were also quite expensive.

It was a maintaince check up for winter. I get it twice a year from summer to winter. Jaime was the best we have had for the check up you must ask for him

Timely service

My technician Drew has been doing the maintenance work on my AC/heater for a couple of years now and he has always been such a pro at his job and always gives me the information I need to keep my AC and heat working in good condition.

Colby was very friendly and knew exactly what was wrong with my system , turned out it was my error on using the thermostat. I had just purchased this home 2 days ago and I was trying to program the thermostat and I messed up the program. He quickly showed me how to use it and problems got fixed. He did a great check up on the system and told me everything was good. The system needed no further attention. He didnâ t try to up sell me anything and didnâ t try to up sell my anything xtra. I would recommend this gimpy. 5 stars.

We've always called had One Hour Service and Repairs for the past 8 yrs And have kept our warranty extended every 3 yrs Service Technician Jaime was VERY Experienced and did a great job in explaining what the A/C needed repairs on... Very Happy with all their A/C Services!! Excellent Service!!

My service was the annual A/C inspection . The technician (Jimmy Watanaratkul ) arrived at the scheduled time, and was very thorough in explaining what was involved. After the inspection was completed, Jimmy showed me what was done on the form, with no issues noted. Jimmy Watanaratkul is a definite asset for One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating of Las Vegas, and he is highly recommended by me!

Night service call. From the time I called to the time the service was done it was a great experience. The staff is very willong to get the job done in a timely yet incredibly professional manner, willing to answer any questions and educate on the process, maintenance and any other topic regarding a/c. I would really recommend them to anyone because I haven't had a bad experience since I contacted them regarding a new a/c installation and purchase. Overall, great straightforward forward service all the way.
