One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating - Las Vegas

Edgar did a great job servicing my six-year old AC unit. He also advised me that I should consider adding a surge protector on the outside unit and it is time to have the ductwork cleaned. I agreed to both suggestions.

With this company it is totally dependent upon the individual technician that you get. They are a huge National outfit and it is totally random. the previous guy I got was a nightmare I literally had to kick him out of my house he showed up with no mask and tractor throughout my entire dark wood floors. This technician, Kenneth Miller, was highly professional courteous cordial and I would definitely invite him back.

One Hour personnel are very friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I have questions and I receive a direct answers, that is very appreciated.

One hour heating got William here when I needed him and he did an awesome job

When I called the phone was immediately answered by a human. The time-frame I was given for the service person's arrival was kept. The problem was diagnosed and the needed adjustments were made and the heater is now functioning proerly.

We have used One Hour for our semi annual servicing heating systems in the Fall & A/C in the Spring for about 11 years here in Las Vegas & WI franchise for 7 years. With there maintenance service plans I would recommend it. In fact we like One Hour company we included a one year plan when we sold our condo in WI for the new owner.
