Very responsive and prompt service! Quick scheduling and same-day diagnosis of my leaking A/C coil and patiently answered all my questions about the several options for replacement. When I chose One Hour to do the work, they completed the job the very next day. I ended up replacing my entire A/C and furnace. I’m happy with their communication, work performance, and quality of my new system. Very satisfied.

I had difficulty having follow up with this company will not use this again.

I called this company to fix my brother's ac, I am in another state. The tech came out and charged me for the service call to walk around for 5 minutes or so and say the unit could not be fixed. It was repaired by another company the following day. The tech was a young guy that was very rude, he walked into the house and sat down like he was a guest.

Two o'clock on a sizzling Afternoon and the A/C goes out. I called One Hr because I've been with them for more than 20 years and they have always been good. Steve shows up within hours and is great -a true professional. I pitied him having to go up on the roof in 110 degree heat, but up he went and in 30 minutes comes back down and the A/C is blowing cold again. It is because of employees like Steve that I stick with One Hour. Outstanding job!

One Hour needs to keep Edgar around. I’ve had other techs and he was the most thorough of all over the years. Kind, respectful, personable and knowledgeable.

Had duct size changed on central A/C Intake from 18 to 20 inch and it was leaking. They manufactured and installed new flanges for the duct and the difference in system use is amazing. running only half the time it was.

Steve was a wonderful representative.
