during the winter inspection it was found that the system had a large leak and it was recommend to replace the unit, They came out the next day and replaced the unit. The tech was very informative, helpful and courteous.

I have a service contract with 1 hour since I moved here 6 1/2 years ago. They have been professional and honest. When I needed new a/c units, they had the best deal for the money. I recommend Steve.

Heater was blowing cold air. Magically it worked when the tech arrived. Murphy's Law. John tested it several times and then removed and cleaned the flame sensor. It worked so far. Time will tell. Fingers crossed.

We got Micro Power Guard filters installed and the air ducts cleaned. Matt and his crew came out and were super fast, knowledgeable and efficient. Even went above and beyond and fixed a missing bracket problem on our furnaces, which previous techs only repaired by placing duct tape over duct tape over duct duct tape. He didnâ t need to do this but saw something that could be done better and so did it. We appreciate that so much. Donâ t look elsewhere, donâ t go to any other A/C company; youâ re done searching and shopping around. Hire these guys they are the best and most honest in the valley.

The installers needed to access the attic through my closet. One of the employees, Steven Laera, told me the day before that all I needed to remove from my closet is this one small section of clothes and the rest should be fine for the installers to access the attic. The day of installing our 2 entirely new AC systems, the installers end up removing about 75% of my belongings out of my closet. Iâ m completely fine with that. However, the part that really bothers me is the fact that all my belongings were placed back into my closet in complete and utter disarray! Everything was disorganized! It looked like little care and effort was placed into putting my belongings back into my closet. Some stuff appeared as if it was just thrown into some spots. I find that ABSOLUTELY DISRESPECTFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL!! We are paying OVER TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS for their entire service from beginning to end, from A through Z, from the second they walk into my house to the second they walk out of my house. We did NOT get our moneys worth! We deserve the most immaculate service possible since we are paying OVER TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS!!! The least they could do is place everything back the way it was, and if they dont know where some of my belongings go, then they should have simply asked us.

KENNETH is OUTSTANDING! 7/30/21. KELSIE scheduled the first emergency...my AC did not work!! She arranged an emergency need for AC attention . when the scheduled repair was done KENNETH was scheduled again...PERFECT!!! Having a familiar face is outstanding business. 8/9/21 There was no oversell or pressure to purchase more items and labor. KENNETH is friendly- with good suggestions involving purchases, polite- knowledgeable. He took time to teach me about the new thermostat. When KENNETH left I felt assured that my AC was in "like new" condition. My puppy Daisy was sad to see him leave...her tail uncurled in sadness.
