Caleb was very professional and on time . This is a new unit installed by One Hour last summer . Caleb took cover off cleaned all inside the unit and washed it out as it is saposed to be . Previous one hour techs said it wasnâ  t needed . On the contrary IT IS needed spring and fall . Will be requesting Caleb for All of my service appts from now on . Good employee , knowledgeable, job well done .
