Vinny came same day clean. Diagnosed and fixed the problem. Shared info regarding future maintenance.

The customer service iwas not clearly stated the service fee, $89.95, emagancy or not emagancy, I feel that I been treated unfairly because my language, and other companies are very clearly stated their fees, either $79, or some options.

Annual A/C maintenance under service contract

This was for AC maitenence. It was easy to make the appointment, they arrived on time after calling to let me know they were on the way. The technician was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I have nothing to say about this company except that it made servicing my AC a pleasure.

Daniel is very knowledgeable in his field. He tested my A/C and found that I could have a future problem. He did the repair I asked and let me know my options for the future repair on my hvac unit. He went over pricing and my options to lower the cost to repair it. He got me signed up in the heroâ s program which will help me save money and better maintain my unit. He answered all my questions and was very personable when I talked to him. He understands the customers needs and is understanding that people have personal budgets. Before leaving he let me know that I can reach out to him if I have anymore questions. Thank you Daniel.

The company is very professional . they call to remind you when you have an appointment scheduled. Theyâ  ll even call to let you know when your service advisor is on their way and even follow up with you to make sure everything is OK well worth the money that we put into, our air conditioning and maintenance twice a year

My heating system shut down and needed a motor replacement. I contacted this company, and Orlando came to complete the work. He was on time, and explained every step in great detail. He was extremely patient and cares deeply about the quality of his work. The job was completed to my satisfaction and Iâ m very happy and relieved. Iâ ll definitely recommend to all my friends and go-workers.
