Our A/C went out unexpectedly and needed to be replaced over the July 4 weekend. I responded to Angiâ s list of 3 recommendations and left my information to be contacted in the evening. By 6 am. One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating responded and sent an experienced consultant to diagnose our situation. We required a new A/C unit! They promised to match any other companyâ s price! Furthermore, they sent 4 capable, hardworking, polite, respectful employees to compete the mission the same day, with the goal of cleaning all of the air ducts a few days later. That happened! Two reliable, capable, hardworking, polite, respectful, employees cleaned every single air duct! In fact, every single piece of work done in and out of our home was performed with the utmost care and cleaned up thoroughly. I am grateful for the promptness of resolving the issue of our broken A/C. I also want to recognize the office staff for being on top of the schedule and organized, as well as kind and professional. Family and children were visiting us, and we were sweltering in 110 degree heat! What was almost going to be a ruined holiday turned out to be saved by the day thanks to One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating. Drew was amazing . What ever they are paying him should be more .. he is very thorough. This visit was ac check up , he checked the ducts while here . Folks check your entire system. The duct work is key to an efficient system.. I do need it replaced , but Drew and the team at One Hour Air walks you through the steps and very kind .:

Kenneth the technician came out and within a half hour he had diagnosed and fixed my AC problem I would definitely recommend One hour air to family and friends.
