Came on time and did the diagnostic on my system. Offered very reasonable policy on my equipment which I had been shopping for. Only problem was my email address was entered incorrectly which slowed the response verifying the work done.

I also signed up for maintenance service which basically covers two semi-annual check-ups for summer and winter for furnaces and air conditioners. Also get a discount on parts and service calls waived, if needed other times.

I had an appointment at 9 :00 am and my new air conditioner was installed within a few hours! I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone was very nice, polite and professional. I have referred them to a couple of my friends, one needing a new a/c and the other one needing repairs. I would highly recommend them.

Did a good job in timely fashion

The work was performed the next day after the estimate. They had young men on each segment of the job - 6 or 7. They were very neat and cleaned up everywhere they worked. The supervisor explained what they did and why after the work was completed.
