We have used them for years. You have to pay a little extra for the work but they do an excellent job.

It turned out real well. They are very fast and efficient.

It went good. They are very good at what they do. They came out quickly, were reliable, there was not a a lot of time between when I called and when they arrived at my home. They gave me a senior discount as well.

They have been fine. I will continue to use them.

Great , great attention to detail, Anthony was the best..............

We had three companies come out to do the estimates. The three estimates for rerouting our hot water line from the water heater to the downstairs bathroom were between $1,700-$2,400. The other two companies did not charge a fee for coming out to do an estimate. O'Rourke charged $105, however, it was the only company that also opened up holes in the garage (under the water heater) and holes in the downstairs bathroom and bathroom. We were warned in advance about the fee. Although not thrilled about the estimate charge, when you are going to spend well over $1,000 on a job, it felt like at least we knew that we were going to get a more specific and exact estimate. One concern was that it took two days for O'Rourke to come out to do the estimate. The others came out right away. We went with this company as Anthony, the estimator and actual plumber, was professional and courteous, AND my neighbor swore by his work. (My neighbor felt that O'Rourke was an honest company never overselling him on anything and his prices seemed reasonable.) O'Rourke was also the only company that suggested that we call our home insurer, which added an extra layer of complexity to getting this job done, but saved us a significant amount of money. Anthony was very good when it came to giving us details about how they would perform the job and the reasons for rerouting rather than digging up the foundation. He was punctual and arrived when scheduled.... however, due to other jobs taking precedence, we had to wait a week before they were able to perform the actual work. Ours was not an emergency (no water coming into the house or causing any structural damage - as we could determine). So would suggest you call them to find out their scheduling before having them come and give you an estimate. Anthony was always courteous and attentive to answering our questions. He moved items out of the way and returned everything to where they were before. The areas were left clean. They did not do finish work on the wallboard - so we still have that to do. With what we saved that's not a problem.

I just used O'Rourke about a week ago. My pipe line cleanout rusted out, so, they had to put in all new line and downspout all the way to the washing machine area. It was major cutting, reassembling and cleaning. I've used them for years and will continue to do so. Those people are excellent, I've loved everything they've ever, ever done for me!

Perfect! It was a job well-done. I will use this company for any plumbing needs in the future.

Have used Anthony for many years when it was Glen Maxie and now O'Rourke. He responded within the hour and fixed the problem. Professional and efficient as always. Highly reccomended. Always does an excellent job.

O'Rourke is one of those companies you can really rely on to get the job done right the first time. They are very punctual, always get to the appointment they give you on time, and the quality of their work is really good. I received a really good deal on replacing both my faucets instead of just one. I will use them again.
