WARNING to anyone looking for mold inspections. MSE Environmental is a FRAUDULENT organization attempting to SCAM residents out of their hard earned money. Services were never rendered, yet they demand payment. Stay clear of MSE Environmental located at 8215 South Easter Ave. Complaints have been filed with the Attorney General and more action is being taken. Some of the employees taking part in this FRAUD are Fabiana Gonzales and Stephanie Mason. You have been warned.

The technician arrived on time and was professional. Everything went as expected.

Arrived on time. Serviceman was very nice and informative. Gave special attention to one area we were most concerned about. Thorough examination. Our only complaints are these: - We told them specifically that nothing invasive or damaging could be done since we did not yet own the home. Still, without asking first, the serviceman ripped up a small section of closet carpet to examine underneath it. He was able to return it to the original look visually, but it is no longer tight to wall nor stapled down properly, and, most importantly, it was not yet our property to alter. - Both indoor air samples were taken in the same area of the home. It was the area we were most concerned about, but we would've preferred air tests in multiple locations. One on each level of home, for example. - Their after-inspection report talked about our inspection being "limited" and that they had more thorough inspections available for more cost. We don't recall anyone ever informing us of different levels of inspections being available. These concerns were relatively minor. Overall, we found their work and information very helpful. Would use again.

We bought a house that has roof leak problems and mold problems that the seller intentionally hid at the time of purchase (seller had lived in the house for 23 years and installed new drywall, texture and paint to hide the mold problem). We began discovering the problem within the first month of home ownership. We hired MSE Environmental to preform the initial mold inspection testing, the asbestos testing and the post-remediation clearance test. (Note: asbestos test is required by Nevada law in homes built earlier than a certain year before a legitimate mold remediation contractor can begin remediation work. This is to protect the homeowner so asbestos, if there is any, doesn't become airborne during the remediation work and put occupants in the home at risk. If your mold remediation company says they don't need an asbestos test they are violating the law and putting you and your loved ones at risk. There is a cost for the asbestos test but it was worth it.) MSE is very professional, was here on time - every time, and was prompt with returning reports to us. I hope I never need mold testing again but, if I do, I will absolutely call MSE Environmental. If you need this type of service, I highly recommend them.
