I ordered a Preventive Interior and Exterior Pest Treatment after I discovered an infection of crazy ants in my newly purchased home two months after I moved in. The technician was on time and provided the service after explaining how the ants probably came inside. And because I had not moved much furniture into the home the treatment was much easier. Within two weeks after the treatment, I stopped seeing any ants at all. I would recommend Mountain View Pest Control and use them again if ever needed.

Their service was great. We scheduled a time when I'd be home and their technician showed up and took a look around my attic. He confirmed that it was (unfortunately) a whole bunch of rats living in my attic. He spread poison in the attic and then set up bait stations outside of the house. He said the poison would make the rats sick and that they should leave the attic within about 7-10 days. That seems to be exactly what happened. Within a few days the scratching/crawling noises were gone. They came back a few weeks later to check the bait stations (to get a better sense of how many rats are out here). The stations are still outside, but there don't seem to be any more rats inside.

I tried composting in the desert and that didn't go so well. After we removed the compost bin, it was like a bug horror movie. I bought and Angiel's List deal for pest control. We had no issues - they were fairly easy to schedule with and the service helped with what remained of our bug farm. Would recommend and use again in the future.

He never called me back. I don't feel very good about that. He could have at least let me know if he was too busy. It takes two minutes to call somebody.

Used the advertised service, they took care of the pigeon problem on our roof, pressure washed the bird debris from the roof. Pigeons have not returned.

I was not pleased with the level of professionalism. The vendor jumped my fense to set and check on the grapes without my permission. We never discussed how he would handle servicing the traps in the event that I was not available, He took it upon himself to jump my fense without my permission. I was not pleased with that course of action.

This was the initial visit. I now will get their service every other month.

Very nice bug exterminator but not to focused beyond a general spray. We got a bill that was already paid and asked to pay it again. This mishap cost me five dollars in bank fees and time to research it, we had to prove the bill was paid on time. Accounting difficulties need to be addressed. I do not believe it was a dishonest act but the books need closer attention.

Pigeons present at the time the contractor visited the premises were removed to be transported away from the house. However, pigeons roosted again under the solar panels within two days of removal. Contractor said he would return to look at the continuing problem, however, he has not yet returned. More pigeons roost every day. I think we will try a less "humane" contractor because of the filthy guano all over the roof, sides of the house, and patio.
