Prompt, polite and professional. Hired them because of their reviews. I wasn't disappointed. I wish I could award them an A+. The owner, sons and employees were on time and great communicators. The before and after pictures really told the story. I was happy to pay.

Would not recommend this company. We found 6 scorpions within 2 months, my 6 yr old almost stepped on one. I had mentioned to them we kept having scorpion issues, technician just sprayed and left, did not even try to inspect where they might be coming from. Called and let them know we found another scorpion within a week of technician spraying. Customer service said all they could really do is spray and could try and inspect. Was hoping reaction would be a little more concerned about the issue. Not a bit concerned about losing their customer said we will take you off our list. They’re product is not sufficient for scorpions, would not recommend.

I called them a week ago, to do some pigeon control work. I double checked that they had all my contact information. They read back my name and phone number and said I would hear from them in a week. It’s been over 3 weeks and no call.

It went well. They were quick to respond and came out the next day. I'm very pleased with them.

Not well said they were there but no one knocked at door. Two people home.

The owner came to review the problem, discussed options and made recommendations. He went to work to implement the solution; he return in a month to evaluate the situation and if necessary retreat.

Outstanding service! The customer service rep who scheduled my spraying was very courteous and answered all of my questions. I had a lot of of questions! =) Robin, the technician is fabulous! She is friendly, knowledgeable, showed up on time, explained the procedure and quickly completed the task. I don't have any insect problems in my house, so I just wanted a one-time preventative treatment. Prior to finding this great company, I had called around and most of the places were extremely expensive and INSISTED on mandatory recurring programs. Not only is Mountain View very affordable, they gave me a one-time treatment, with no pressure. If I ever do get on a recurring program, it will definitely be with them! Best of all, their products are pet and environment friendly! I highly recommend them!

The technician Bri showed up on time and made me feel comfortable while explaining to me what she was going to do. I was told what to expect while dealing with scorpions and they have a guarantee. Highly recommended. Will use again

Asked for an estimate 3 times, no one came. Lame excuses. Since they don't answer their phone all time, I actually asked if they were going out of business. and they don't have an answering machine, so you can't leave a message. If they can't even come over for an estimate, how can they be trusted to do the work?

We have been using Mountain View Pest Control for almost 4 years and purchase an annual agreement each time in which we receive bi-monthly pest control service. Alan provides top-notch customer care, prompt, and timely service. They are always available for any issues that arise. Our technician is Gavin and he always does a great job servicing our home.

Alan came out and assessed the problem areas, screened off the areas and put up spikes so they couldn't land on my roof anymore. He also power washed and sanitized the driveway and roof. I'm very happy, haven't seen a pigeon since!

OK; pigeons did come back after a few days

They come out every other month. They are really good. We haven't had one problem with them. They are always here when they say they are going to. We have been using them for a year and a half.

They were okay but we still have pigeons. We weren't to excited about it.

The technician was prompt & polite. The reason I gave them a C rating is because I ha e never had an exterminator out & not seen a single dead bug afterward but that's what happened this time. He even sprayed a bug(he said it was a fly I think it was actually some type of little beetle) that happened to be crawling across the floor while he was there & it continued to crawl around even after he left. I don't know what spray they used but feel like I could have gotten better results buying something at Wal-Mart & spraying myself. However everyone I dealt with there was very polite & behaved professionally.

That was a mess because it was right in front of my front door, not that I have any company. When I walked in and out my front it bugged me. They came quickly, they cleaned up. They did what they were supposed to do. Everything was great.I would use them again. I don't even have to be there. Once, I authorized them in they said I didn't have to be there. The area was free of pigeon stuff and before I noticed there was nothing there.
