Thank You for purchasing our Big Deal offer to treat one area of pigeon problems on your home. Please remember I have a 1 year, 100% guarantee for all pigeon work we complete. If you are not happy for any reason please call me and I will remedy the problem. For your home, after closely inspecting the area, it was determined that the best way to resolve your problem would be to clean out the pigeon nest and droppings then install a wire enclosure around the area to keep the pigeons out. We call these “cubbies”. Each home we work on requires different measures to exclude the pigeons. Your homes specific problem required a “cubbie”. Spikes alone would not have resolved the problem. Spikes have a specialized use and certain areas that they are appropriate to install. If they are not used properly they are ineffective. Description of Work: First contact through purchase of regular services through Angie's list, but problem was much bigger - bed bugs (ugh!) Ultimately paid $900 for full treatment of house (painful, but found to be an excellent price for this type of service), which occurred in 3 separate treatments over a 3-month period. Received excellent guidance throughout this very complicated and painful process, and end result was excellent: not a bed bug in sight. Professional, efficient, comprehensive service. Fortunate to have connected with this company through Angie's List, and will continue to use them for routine pest control.
