I spoke with Alan on the phone and he set up an appointment for the next day. Gavin showed up and was very polite. He explained what he would do and sprayed inside downstairs and outside around the house. Very professional and I would recommend and hire again.

It's $55 each time they come out. They spray outside and inside and in the garage.

We've retained them. They come and spray every three months. We're happy with them.

It went fine. I've been using them ever since. The price was fine. They're punctual. I called them back during the month and if I still have problems, they'll come back right away and they don't charge you.

This is an amendment to my review dated 9/12/16. Alan, the owner called after reading my review, and was extremely responsive; addressing my concerns, and explaining the purpose of the chemicals used, and what to expect. he even sent an employee back out to respray some trouble spots. I am now very confident with this company, and look forward to a long term business relationship with Mountain View Pest Control.

Called Mountain View Pest Control and they did an excellent job. Took a few treatments, but they were patient, deliberate and very helpful. Thanks Alan and Gavin for helping us get our house back. The price may seem high, but you want a company that will be there for you ... not just spray and go.

It went very slow! Started in April and didn't finish until mid July. We loved Pedro, the tiles installer, who took his time and the shower and floor tile shows it! He was truly the only professional this company had hired. We went through many project managers, of whom we only saw 1 of them on a somewhat regular basis. We never knew if someone was coming out to do any work on a daily basis, there was truly a total lack of communication! We were sent a letter in September that the company is now out of business!!! The cabinet ppl they hired were a complete joke! We still are not happy with the cabinets which they redid (3) times! The drawers are soft closing, however they are super hard to open! And the finish, well, not the best, but after 3 times, frustration was just so high! We have an issue with our spa tub and cannot use the spa feature as the tub was lifted up to tile under the tub & when it was replaced down on the tile, they pinched the tube that would turn on the bubbles. So now we cannot use the tub for what it was intended! There is a lawsuit on file, but who knows if we will ever get it fixed!

He arrived and explained what he was going to do. He sprayed all inside and then power sprayed outside. So far, we have not had any further visitors from the scorpions.

Representative was friendly, but admittedly new to company. Was supposed to spray for wide array of pests as mentioned in ad on this site. Was informed by employee that spray was effective on ants only, and that roaches, earwigs, scorpions, and other pests would require a different treatment. Not sure if Employee was just not educated properly, or if service doesn't match advertised special. Will see if company can clear up discrepancy.

Great! Angie's List had a special for pigeon problems, which we purchased. Gentleman came out from Mountain View Pest Control and took care of the problem by cleaning off the roof of old pigeon droppings, and filling in the nesting area with screening and spikes. He was on time, courteous and answered all my questions. He did try to sell us additional services but was not pushy and was very professional.

BUYER BEWARE!! This company was hired to do a attic rodent abatement. The cost was $199 which included sealing any opening a rodent could go through to get into the home. We still had a problem so we went up on the roof...and none of the holes had been sealed. We found 13 areas that needed to be sealed. The roof guy did absolutely nothing. I contacted the company and Alan refused to give me a full refund. I informed him I lost all faith in their company and would prefer a refund. He demanded they come out to do the work...and I again requested a refund. Hours later I get a text saying they are at my house!! Again I told them I didn't want them to touch my house and I just wanted a refund. I don't want to follow them up to the roof to be sure they actually do what I paid them to do. Allen Squire is who I dealt with. He cares more about stubbornly pushing what he wants on the customer instead of actually listening to the customer. If you hired them to do any roof work I strongly suggest you double check and see if it was actually done.

They were fantastic. He was on time he was very professional he listened to my needs and did it exactly the way it should be done.

I was generally pleased with the process of resolving my problem. The roof of my house was very messy, and it took a long time to remove that mess. As for the pigeons, unfortunately I have seen a few on my roof since I had the service done. I'm thinking about buying a pellet gun.

Very well. Service was fast and successful. Tech was polite and professional.

They charge $69 a trip. I have been using them for about a year. They are predictable. They always show up within reason. Also if I call them like if I am having a specific problem between scheduled trips, they will come out and take care of it without me begging them to come.

They are very punctual. Good service!

It was so so, not too good. The price is high. I thought it would be a better service, the service was marginal. They did come back once, but it is just not a good service. It was not a complete cover of the back yard, just not what I expect for that amount of money.

The gentleman that comes out is always friendly and so polite. He always does a great job and has no problems with my animals. He made sure to let me know that his treatments are safe for my dogs. They call me for my regular appointments, which is so nice to not have to call them!

I still have pigeons. I didn't have to pay anything more. The guy was very nice. It was cheap.

They come every month. It is $55 every month. They do a good job.

They did come and spray but the one thing that seem to keep showing up were scorpions. I would say that their service was average. I know they said whatever chemical they used would prevent the scorpions wanting to come back in the house but we still had scorpions getting in the house. We are looking for somebody else. There were no additional costs. The price was fairly competitive. The quality was the part (inaudible). We ended the scorpions on our own. We did tell them and they did come and spray again but we still saw scorpions occasionally. They were responsive, I mean they came right out and did what they thought was right but it just didn't work. They were younger fellows that we were dealing with.

The service went great! I've used Mountain View before because their one-time service price is reasonable and they don't try to talk you into a subscription. The service did exactly what it was supposed to do and we haven't seen any bugs all winter. We'll probably give them a call again when it starts to warm up and get more humid to keep the desert cockroaches from trying to make a new home inside of ours.

We saw noticeable and highly acceptable decrease in the pests entering our home.
