Called to get information and make an appointment. I believe I talked to Alan, he was very nice, answered all my questions and made the appointment. He called my husband a couple days later and asked to make it a little later in the day, which was OK. He gave us a couple of days notice of the time change. Was prompt for the appointment, professional and did a good job. My husband was there and said he knew his stuff. They are running a great special for a year service, and I would use them again in the future and recommend to my friends.

This company is really on it. They responded promptly, performed the service, eliminated the problem and are returning to follow up. They will do services quarterly from this point on. I could not recommend them more highly.

They are fine except that for one time they weren’t punctual. I have no problems with any pests.

He was really good. We got him off Angie’s list. They were great. They were prompt and showed up when they said they would. We called them and they were there the next day. They fixed the pigeon problem before we got home. We were not sure if that will happen, but it did. They power washed everything and cleaned it up and blocked them out. Hopefully, we won’t have any more pigeons. We have taken a contract with them.

MTN View was very professional, polite, and organized. They also gave me a military discount!

I called on 10/7/2011 very late afternoon. Alan answered the phone.He honored the coupon discount for angies list member and arranged pest control work quickly for the next day. I appreciated the speed and professional handling. I will use this company again in the near future.

I sent my initial inquiry for an appointment via email. They called back promptly to arrange the time/date for the service. The technician was very prompt and professional. He was friendly and tidy. He offered his card so that we could arrange services with them in the future if we desired, without being pushy or delivering a hard-core sales pitch. I appreciated the thoroughness of the whole process.

Coby was very attentive to our needs. We had never had a pigeon problem before and we needed to be educated. He arrived promptly and went up on the roof to take a number of pictures. There were a couple of nests, apparently our house was the pigeon hotel. As we looked at the pictures, we were surprised by how much damage a bird and particularly their waste can cause And frankly how gross it looks! Coby and his helper did the work quickly and efficiently. The pigeons are gone and we are happy.

I love him. They are very accommodating to my needs and timing. They will rearrange their whole schedule at the last minute if they have to. They are very knowledgeable about the insects we have out here. If I have a problem they are out within 24 hours. Alan is probably the best and his crew is really good.

I originally chose Mountain View because they are Better Business Bureau accredited, so I didn't know they were Angie's List members until just recently. We have been using Mountain View Pest Control for over a year. Alan (and sometimes an assistant) sprays the outside of our townhouse every other month, and periodically we have them spray inside the house. We don't always have Alan spray inside because we rarely see insects inside. He is always on time and is thorough and professional. Alan always calls us the night before service is scheduled as a reminder, which I greatly appreciate.

The serviceman, Daniel was a few minutes early and was very fast but extremely thorough. He was clean, courteous, professional and knew his job well. If I do see a but I will for sure call him again but otherwise will continue to have a yearly preventative maintenance.

On time, very through in doing a great job spraying for scorpions. Our doggies accidently were let inside, but the exterminator was very nice about the intrusion! By the way, the chemicals are pet friendly!

We got them through Angie’s List. We are just on a call basis. This is the second time we used them and it was a follow up visit. They will come every 2 months after this, and we would have to call them. They were very thorough; we’ve got a large property here. There is a lot of exterior and they sprayed the inside, outside and a couple of places that they normally wouldn’t do, because we had an ant problem. It’s all solved, pretty much. Everything was good about them.

From start to finish it was a painless and friendly process as always.They sprayed both inside and outside the house in a matter of minutes and the price is just right.

They said they would put grills on top of my house and patio and the pigeons would no longer be a problem. They said it would take a while, but I still have a pigeon problem. It's been months though and the pigeons are still coming.

I contacted "Mountain View Pest Control" in late May 2011 regarding a problem I had with pigeons regularly nesting and creating their associated annoying mess on the narrow roof overhang at the side of my house. I arranged for Alan to come out, have a look and give me an estimate a few days later. As recommended, I subsequently scheduled to have the affected section of my roof and area below cleaned/power washed and then have metal "spikes" glued onto the concrete shingles of my roof to prevent pigeon landings/nesting in the future. The total estimated cost for this was $289.00 (estimated 33 spikes to be placed). As promised, I was contacted the day before this job was actually performed and everthing went smoothly, as expected. Cleaning and spike placement took about 1 hour. I did experience a positive financial surpise in that the job ended up costing less than estimated, only $250.00 since not as many spikes were needed as originally expected. I have waited a bit before posting a review on Angie's List to see whether or not this passive type of pigeon deterrant would actually do the job. It does; it works like a charm. I have had "absolutely" no more pigeon dropping cleanup/nesting problems since this job was professionally completed on 06/07/2011.

I had wasp problem in the backyard. I thought the wasp nest was in a neighbor's yard. Over the Memorail Day weekend I discovered that it was in my dog's house. The next day I checked Angie's List, selected a company with a good rating and a $25.00 off coupon. I called and they responded the next day, right on time, and took care of the problem. They did not try to pressure me into a regular contract, honored the coupon and did the job perfecftly. a-1 company!

They came in and did only what I asked them to do because I don't like a lot of chemicals in the house. They were very professional and courteous. They didn’t push services on me and there was no pressure. They haven't called me back to get me to sign up for anything. Their service has made a huge difference. They were professional and did the job. It was a good service all around.

We are new to Nevada and wanted to insure that we would have no pest issues. I saw the Big Deal on Angie's List for MTN View (and the company had good reviews), so we went ahead and scheduled. Alan returned my call promptly and we scheduled for the next morning. He and his associate, Chris, showed up on time. When Alan learned we were new residents, he gave me a brief tutorial as to what to look out for. He and Chris efficiently treated both the inside and outside of the home. We plan to continue service with MTN View and were very pleased with this first experience.
