We bought a coupon through Angie's List for the initial visit. Andy came and did a completely thorough spray of the house's interior, exterior, and garage. The pesticide was very safe for us and our small dog, and there were no fumes. The pesticide worked great, and Andy was very nice. He also came out a few days later when we saw a wasp's nest above a door that we had not noticed before, and he did not charge any additional fee for this. Since our fist visit, we have had Mountain View Pest Control come and repeat the treatment. They sent someone different each time. All of them have been friendly, helpful, and thorough. We are 100% pleased with everything about Mountain View Pest Control and will continue to use them regularly.

called monday a.m. 8/13...got a call back by midday, w/an appt for tues. a.m. at 7:30 ...employee was uniformed andvery nice and polite..explained everything to me and was done in a timely manner.would definitely recommend, and use them again.

Called the company in the morning and they were able to get someone out to my house that day. This was a great relief to me as I have not been able to teach my dogs that scorpions are not chew toys. Both Alan on the phone and Frank who did the work were courteous and professional. Will be havving them out every two months for maintenance. They had a coupon on Angie's list that I bought which made the service a super value as well.

I got a pre-paid deal from another website and immediately called to get an appointment scheduled. I was scheduled for the next day and give an appointment time of 10-11. (Next day scheduling is VERY rare for any services, so I was MORE than delighted to get an appointment so quickly). The morning of my appointment I had to reschedule, I called at 7am and was worried they wouldnt get my message. Alan called to confirm he would let the technician know to move my appointment back. My technician Frank arrived within the appointment time and was very thorough, and let me know exactly what he was doing. Such a delightful technician and kept me informed the entire time. I would definetly use Mountain View Pest Control again! they have an entire year deal available through Angies List and I'm seriously considering it.

I found Mountani View Pest Control on Angie's List, called the number above and spoke with Alan. He was very friendly and professional and patiently answered my questions regarding the best way to start treatment and keep my house bug free. I had to make a couple scheduling changes on him and he was very accomodating. I received the discounted Angie's List treatment for my first two visits and ended up signing up for repeat service every other month. We've been virtually bug free over the last 2 months and have been very pleased with the service and responsiveness overall.

They showed up on time, did the work for the price quoted, and left. It was clean and simple.

They come out every two months and spray. A week or two after their second service I found a bug climbing up my wall in my office. I called them and they came right out and sprayed.

Both the person who answers phone & technician who did treatment were very well informed. The technician arrived ontime. He explained the approach to pest control used by this company in detail. His interior treatment was very thorough using a portable spray unit to spray around baseboards in closets, along all walls, around windows & doors & in cupboards under sinks. He used a truck mounted high pressure spray system for the garage & exterior treatments. This was also very thorough including around windows & doors, cement slabs, etc - he was especially concerned about places where we had seen scorpions while using a black light the previous 2 nights. After spraying, he also placed sticky strips by the garage doors & at door from garage to house. It is too soon to know how effective the treatment was - we will go check for scorpions after dark tonight - this is the 3rd day since the treatment so we are hoping to see only DEAD or DYING scorpions....No scorpions have been seen in the house since the treatment. Will update report.

After noticing the ever increasing number of pigeons on our roof, I contacted Mountain View on the 24th of May. The technician came out the next day, cleaned out the pigeon nest and installed bird spikes. Total time for the job was approximately 1 hour.

Their services was really good priced. The quality of service as far as we can tell is great.

I contacted Mountain View Pest Control because I had pigeons roosting on the house. Alan arrived promptly and immediately explained to me how he was going to deal with the pests. He placed spikes and mesh wire on the house to prevent the pigeons from returning. He also power washed the house to remove all of the pigeon droppings. While working on the roof a gust of wind knocked over his ladder and damaged a column on the house. It took quite a chunk of foam/paint out of the column. Alan assured me that he would have it repaired. I had to go out of town for a week and when I returned I was amazed! The column was repaired perfectly. I was unable to tell that it had ever been damaged. The paint color was a perfect match (Alan took a paint chip with him to have the color matched). Alan did a good job and he had integrity. So far the pigeons have not returned. I will use him again.

They give us a call before they come and and I leave gate open for them They are doing a good job, they are very cordial and very professional. When we first hired them, we were having problems in our kitchen. They took care of it and came back as many time as needed to take care of problem.

Purchased a deal that they were advertising for pigeon clean up. Called to schedule and said he could not do it for awhile because they were busy. Later that day, he called back and said he could come out earlier. Showed up on time and started to take care of the pigeon situation. Did purchase additional services since we had a family of pigeons living on the roof for quite sometime. He did the extra work and actually did some extra without any additional cost to me. He also stated that there is a guarantee on his work so if they came back to call him and he would come back at no additional cost. Very professional.

I found them on Angies list. I don’t know exactly how good they are, it’s not even been like 30 days. So far in the 3 days I haven’t had any pests at all. They are pretty professional, they came in and they initially gave an invoice explaining what they are going to do and kind of went through the whole process. With respect to quality I’m assuming it’s good as long as it works. It’s hard to know in 2 days if there is a huge difference in terms of pests, but it also depends on what you don’t see. I liked how they did it. I actually called other places and they explained as much as they did, there weren’t my first choice; they weren’t the first place I called.

I have used them three times. They were a little pushy at first and wanted me to sign a contract. The second guy that came out was much nicer. They were good. They were here pretty quickly. The last guy that came out was great.

They are very professional and I would recommend to anyone. They stand behind the technicians and there products. There prices are awesome.

My overall experience with them is excellent. Their price is reasonable. They came in the right time to fit in with my work schedule. I agreed for them to come every month as long as I don't cancel them, and I'm happy with their services.

I moved into the residence approximately two months ago, and discovered that several pigeons had set up nesting on the roof in crevices prior to my arrival and they were determined to stay! When Mountain View Pest Control came out, Al, the owner, proposed to put in two cages and 10 spikes, as well as clean up the mess and power wash the roof. He actually put in 4 cages, and several more spikes than originally anticipated. He did an excellent job and I could not be more pleased with the service. I also hired him for continuing regular pest control.
