It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It was all right. We saw the man once and then he came and sprayed one time when we were gone and left a bill. We have no complaints at this time. He came out right away and there was no concern. He will be coming back on a regular basis. He seemed professional and he was a pleasant man. He was right on time as far as we know.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. The experience was very positive. I was very pleased with the service. I had used them before for pest control. Everything was all good. He did everything he said he was going to do. He was very professional. He came on time, took care of business and left. I didn't compare their prices with anybody else.

I am a brand new resident of North Las Vegas--from Oregon. I had never seen a cockroach before I moved into my new house. When I was awakened at 4am by a cockroach in my bed, I immediately went to Angie's List to get help from an exterminator. (Well, I went to Angie's List after I tried and failed to get the cockroach!) Mountain View Pest Control had received top grades from local residents and they opened at 7am--even on Saturday. I called and spoke to Alan and he arranged for Dan to come that very afternoon. Dan arrived early and was willing to take the time to teach me about cockroach behavior and also about other insects in the North Las Vegas area. He really helped put cockroaches into perspective for me--after my initial shock about them. I signed on for a year of service. Dan told me to expect to see some dead bugs around and I have--though none inside the house. Their pesticide is child and pet safe, which was important to me because I have grandchildren that will be visiting me.

Alan was not only prompt and professional, but also really sweet. He got on all fours, climbed the roof, and otherwise dug right in to deal with some unbelievably gross rodent business--AND he humored me about insisting that my problem was "mice" rather than "rats." We settled on "rodents," but he was right. They were rats. Double ew. Also, even though I wasn't scheduled for a follow-up for another week, Alan took my hysterical call when I finally saw one, promptly dispatching one of his guys (Dan) to not only talk me off the ledge, but replace the (full) glue trap. I wouldn't recommend rodents, but if you've got 'em, I would definitely recommend Alan, Dan & Mountain View.

He had to come back because he did one side and then needed to move to the other side of the door. Where he did it, they did keep away. He also cleaned up the sidewalk by the door for me. The pricing seemed fair. He was quick to respond and came out immediatley when I told them they moved to the other side. He was nice, professional and quite punctual.

After a misunderstandng by the technician as to the appointment time, everything went well. The tech arrived the same morning that I first called. He sprayed the entire house and the perimeter of the property including the fence. The total deal calls for $310 that includes a total of 7 treatments (bi monthly) and "as needed" calls in the interim.

Yes, they did the pest extermination.....but you really need to purchase the one year plan because the pest come back. So, don't purchase the ONE TIME.....purchase the year plan and save money.

Always on time, always call the day before service. They do a good job and techs are always friendly and professional.

Alan at Mountain View has been amazing. I travel a ton and he has called to find out I am out of town when he was scheduled. It has never been a problem, he reschedules and comes out and gets the job done. If you are looking for a reliable pest control service I have used others in the past this is BY FAR the best value you will find. I rarely take the time to write a review however Mountain View Pest Control deserves one. Thanks Alan.

We had an infestation of spiders, and roaches in our guest house. I called Mountain View Pest Control, and made an appointment for 10:00 am. The crew of 2 men showed up by 10:15. They identified the pests involved, and sprayed inside our guest house, and sprayed thoroughly outdoors around the main house and front and back yards. They assured us that the spray they used was safe for our pets with the caveat to let it dry completely before letting the animals into the areas sprayed. It took them about half an hour to complete the work. They were quite nice, friendly, and took time to answer all our questions. Overall, we were very pleased, and arranged for regular service.

They came out, did what we wanted them to do and that was it. They were punctual for the job.

Brillo! This is the third time we have used these guys. An bugs are gone! Disgusting icky creepy bleechy buys are gone. I wanted to wait to write a review because really wanted to see real results. The results are great. And btw! I am AWFUL at remembering when they are supposed to come and they remind me, follow up and actually CARE about my business. I just love these guys! And in Henderson Nevada... ask for Lance. As I said earlier... he is so smart and informative in regard to managing and helping day to day issues in the area. AAAA plus guys!

They did a good job and the price seemed fair. The only thing I didn't like is, I asked them to clean the area that was suppose to be part of the bed, but he actually just left it there instead of throwing it away.

The technician was punctual and professional. Being new to Nevada I had some questions regarding pest control specifics for the area. My questions were answered and we will be continuing monthly treatment.

They are very good. They pick up the phone on time. They have good communication. They did their job and it's pretty good. I recommend these persons and this company. The price is reasonable.

Mountain View Pest Control just came the other day. I bought the big deal quite a long time ago but I was purposely saving it for the warmer weather. They just came a couple days ago. It was $149. I had to pay for two extra areas that needed attention. The gentleman came out, he was very professional. I had called to make the appointment and he did call me back to confirm the appointment. He did the job. It took about three hours. The only thing I am not happy with to be honest with you, I guess I should have said something, but he took me by surprise, he had a big black garbage bag of stuff that he was going to put out at my curb and I told we are not allowed to do that, we have to put in a particular trash receptacle that we are given and then we can't put it out more than 24 hours before the garbage pick up, he said he would just leave it by the garage then. The trash pick up was a day later. I said okay, but then I was thinking why didn't he take it with him? My landscaper doesn't leave trash, when they are gone everything is perfect and nothing is left. Then when I went to pick up the bag it was so heavy. It kind of added insult to injury, I live alone and I don't have a good back, but I had no choice except to put it in and deal with it. I noticed the side patio in the back, the side had debris all over it, like pigeon stuff, he cleaned the roof, I guess it was quite a mess involved. I did ask if he cleaned everything up and he said yes. But what he had cleaned up was only in the front. So once he left I had a half an hour of clean up to do. Did he do a good job? Yes. Did he do what he'd said he'd do? Well, he said he'd clean up, I thought that meant everything, he did say I didn't go in the back. But in my head I thought that meant there probably wasn't anything in the back to clean up, not having gone there, but I didn't see it until after he left. I am happy, but I don't think he finished the job. He was professional, he did give me the cost before he started the job, so I knew what the cost would be upfront. There were no hidden fees. He did a good job I think, I mean he said it would take about three weeks for the pigeons to be gone entirely, because I guess he removed nests. He seemed to do a good job, I just wish he had removed the trash and did the clean up more thoroughly.

We had 4 pigeon nests in our roof--and one dead pigeon outside my office window. I had purchased an Angie's List Big Deal, which took care of one of the nests, Alan gave me a very good price on removing all, installing screens, power washing and cleaning up. He had a cancellation, so was able to fit me into his schedule rapidly. He was on time, professional and did a great job. I was concerned that cleaning the roof would result in a messy driveway, but he also cleaned that. I would definitely recommend his work.

The gentleman called and scheduled the appointment. He was very prompt and immediately said that he would climb the roof and evaluate the situation. He found one nest and another area where they were preparing to nest. He told me the coupon would only cover one screen and another screen would be an additional charge. I expected that to happen since I have viewed the birds on two areas of my roof. The charge was not a problem for me. He proceeded to power wash the roof and the courtyard. He bagged all the debris and screened off the sections that needed to be screened off. Although I am not crazy about the way he draped the screens, It does appear that they have deterred the birds.

The price was for an application; it was for four to six months. My experience with them was good. The service technician was friendly. They were nice over the phone, and they were reasonable. I didn’t see any more crickets; that's for sure. With regard to price, I got a good deal on it. With regard to responsiveness, I had to call a couple of times to try and figure out his appointment day. Their punctuality was very good; they were right there when they said they would.

I contacted the company via email, since an email was listed, and asked if they had any Saturday appointments. When I got a response, I was told they did have Saturday appointments and to call their office. Unfortunately, I travel quite a bit and was unable to call them to set up an appointment--I really was hoping to set something up via email, but I guess some companies don't do that. Anyway, it was a while before I actually did call them to set something up, and I regret not calling them sooner. Alan was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating in working around my schedule. He actually told me that I wouldn't necessarily have to be there, but I just didn't feel comfortable having no one at home, so I had my adult son meet him. Afterward, Alan explained to me exactly what he had done (which my son later confirmed) and he did provide all the services that was promised in the "Angie's Deal." Alan was a pleasure to work with and I would definitely recommend him.
