The treatment was effective. I am pleased.

Initially I thought the bugs were still present, but when I came out to visit I found that they were just dying bugs. I haven't seen ny since I have been here.

It was great. There was no extra cost. It was quick and nothing really bad. They were up front about what they were going to do and about any additional cost if they ran into any problems. It was fair and worth the money.

We used them last year and it went really well so we used them again this year. My boyfriend has been complaining about the ants and we never called them back, so that's on us. They never fully went away but we never gave them a chance to correct it. The first time it was great and they got rid of all the bugs. This time was not so great.

I used them one time and they were very good, very thorough and the gentleman who came was very friendly and he asked a lot of questions. And it went from there. It was very good. There were no additional charges. This is the first house I've ever lived in that has a problem with scorpions. I did discuss that and I've done some research on scorpions and they are pretty hard to keep control over. He sprayed inside and outside. I think what it really did was that it seem to flush out the scorpions in to the living areas from the inside of the house. But they work their way into the walls and a scorpion will live for 15 years and they just need a food source and some form of moisture. Apparently spraying does work, but spraying does not eliminate the Arizona bark scorpion.

I paid extra for German cockroach eradication, and I was billed more than I originally agreed to. When I disputed the bill, the owner quickly refunded the amount in dispute without any argument. We got what we paid for, but it was not a bargain. "Communication" consisted of voice-mail messages one day prior to each visit saying that they were coming at a certain time. There was no effort to adjust to our schedule. My biggest complaints are these: 1. We paid extra for extermination of German cockroaches, but it really did not fully eradicate them even after weeks. The Mountain View people worked hard, but it still did not completely solve the problem. We ended up buying more effective bait on Amazon.com for a lot less. 2. We still have some occasional bugs, but I would not dare ask the exterminator to come back for fear of additional charges. It is partly our fault because we cannot always be there when they come to our home. In the future, I will look for an exterminator who actually tries to accommodate our schedule. 3. I did not like the "fine print" that limited the number of visits and the number of inside visits. We did not get cheated, but because I thought we were getting a one-year contract, I mistakenly thought more visits were included. That is my fault, but I still felt misled.

An excellent company !!! They are very prompt and professional. I have had absolutely no crickets or bugs since I started using them.

I finally called one last time and informed the company that I would no longer utilize their services. They were very good in every category until they stop servicing me.

I am so impressed with Alan and his employees; they are always professional and prompt; we had a horrible ant problem and basically in two visits they are virtually gone=} we will continue to use their services to keep the ants away; we greatly appreciate this company.

Put trap in the attic, and outside. Within a week all rats were gone.

The number of pigeons around our home is significantly less. We don't have a mess at the front door any longer.

Allen came out and sprayed house, garage and around exteriorI I had found a scorpion hiding under my husbands tablet on my couch. I called on saturday they came on Tuesday. Found dead scorpions in the house, had a few dead ones in the garage, we had some frisky ones, they came back out . I have birds and they were carefull not to spray near them.

I have been using the service for about 6 months and have been very pleased with results. I had used another service for a few years and there is a big difference in the two services. I have had no infestations of any kind since switching to Mountainview.

I was initially impressed with my contact with MVPC. They seemed customer-service oriented, were comparable in price to other places I had checked, and (importantly) they were willing to come to our property which is outside of town. I had been quoted an arrival time between 0930 and 1030 for Wednesday; Alan arrived right at 1000. We walked around together and he went right to work but while I was expecting him to be there a full day and complete the work, he left at 1:45. That was after having been gone with his daughter for 60-90 minutes and having spent loads of time on the phone. I know he is a small business and trying to do everything but I found it quite concerning that he spent so much time taking care of other business while he was at my home. He also asked me to give him half of the payment that first day. That had not previously been mentioned and while I was surprised, my husband was quite upset about it. While everything was supposed to be done on that one day, Alan had to make an appointment to return on Friday. In his defense, it was a large job. Appointment was set for Friday morning. On Thursday MVPC called me to say they would not be available on Friday. I explained, quite strongly, that was the day the work needed to be complete. My schedule was packed and I had no other days available. He did come on Friday and "finished the job" by placing more spikes and putting Avitrol on the roof. He also (at no charge) built a snake barrier for me along the bottom of our grill area - this, coupled with the size of the job, and my understanding that MVPC is a small business, is the reason I gave a C rating versus something a little lower. Honestly as I walked around the home with the contractor, though, I was very disheartened. There were several places (e.g. the front of the house which is exposed beams and by the back door - a favorite location for the birds) that did not have any spikes. They had been pressure washed but nothing else. I paid the other half of our bill and Alan left. He was to return two more times and redo Avitrol. I received an e-mail from him a couple of weeks after the initial work. He told me there seemed to be fewer birds and that everything was working well; he was to return in two more weeks for the final treatment. I have not heard from him again nor has he confirmed that the third treatment was completed but there are still many, many birds and they have returned to the front area and back door in full force.

They do great work! What I do like is that in addition to the regular pest control, they will come at any time to do any additional treatments if needed. We recently had a few cockroaches and they came back at no additional charge. We are actually about to renew with them for another year.

Just fine. The pigeons are gone and we are happy.

Tenant had problem with roaches and spiders. Mountain View did a thorough, professional job and tenant confirms that the problem is gone.

They were punctual but sprayed so much exterminating fluid that the floor in the house is a mess. There were puddles of liquid that had to be washed up. Thank goodness my floors are predominantly tile--I cannot imagine what their product does on carpeting. They advertise their service as being every other month and yet they just called to schedule another visit after only one month. When I questioned them as to why they were attempting to schedule another visit so quickly, I was told that they do monthly visits initially to make sure that they have eliminated any pests. When I told them that I couldn't have them out that week they attempted to schedule an appointment for the following week. I will not be using them again.

The servicemen were very nice and very informative but it did not get rid of scorpions. So I used Bulwark after that and the stuff that they use is much better than what Mountain View had used. No, I wouldn't use them again because I found someone who kills my scorpions better.

Excellent service. Technician, Daniel Montes, was on time and very helpful. He has a good personality and was very thorough and did not rush through. We were very happy with Montain View and Mr. Montes. Thank you for superior service.

Had an ant problem, they came in and took care of it promptly, super nice people. They always call in advance to make sure you're home, and they were very thorough.

Use the service quarterly. Have had several applications and the service has been great.

It was a pretty good experience. He was pretty thorough and did a pretty good job.
