Did very good job on cleaning and installing wire. Professional and clean in approach. Only reason for not giving Excellent rating is he used thin mesh wire which while easier to install is not as attractive as the solid bar seen in otehr houses.

This company is excellent. They did my attic and inside/outside. Since they preformed the service I have not seen one scorpion and any other bugs I see are dead. Great service and happy I choose the.

My roofer had recommended trapping the pigeons, but I looked for an alternative when learning that trapping would cost over $1500 and take more than 30 days. I called Allen, who discussed the problem over the phone and agreed to come out two days later to take a look. He arrived promptly, took plenty of time to examine the roof, report his findings, make his recommendations, and answer my many questions, including ones concerning other possible remedies. In the end, I went with his suggestions and he returned a few days later to perform the services reported above. Happily, it worked. Alan expected the pigeons to keep returning to the roosting area for a few days to a few weeks, even though they could no longer shelter there, and then move on. I believe I hastened their decision to move on by going out a few times per day to throw pebbles at them. (Never actually hit one, of course.) This was especially persuasive, I believe, when on the fourth day I started doing it at night. During the day, pigeons are up and about and flying around from time to time anyway. I think they found it considerably more disagreeable to be awakened and scattered at night. After five days of this low-tech persuasion, the pigeons moved on and have not returned. In brief, I saved a lot of money and time by going with Alan's recommendations. They were effective, and he could not have been better to work with.

I bought a coupon from Angie's list for $85 but the invoice stated $65

Wonderful! They were very easy to work with, I even had to re-schedule after a last minute after school training and it was no problem. They were prompt, courteous and professional.

They have been very helpful. They have been great. I was able to set up a payment plan with them before I went on deployment, and they said they can come out once a month, and spray the house. I called them a couple of days before I left, and dealing with them was very easy and when I came home after 5 months, there weren't any bugs and other stuff.

I really want to thank Alan and his staff for being prompt and kind with their service, Always excellent customer service and they educate you on what to do to stop any issues. Thank you Mountain View.

He was fast, efficient and effective

Let me say I have been using Alan & his crew at Mountain View Pest Control since 2010 and when they started out service at this location things were great and I was very impressed. Each time they have came I have noticed the quality of service slightly gone down hill and just doesn't seem usual for this company. If I could use pictures to show what I am talking about here I would but when they are spraying I noticed they are not spraying in the spots outside and inside the house that they first did when I started out with them. I always expect people to call before coming over to spray and lately they have just been showing up and saying they called to leave a message and said they were coming over but although I never responded they still sprayed outside and left a bill which I have expressed to Alan that is not something I prefer. Hopefully the next experience with them will be better!

Their prices seemed a little expensive, so I did n't use them for any ongoing treatments, however I never had a bug problem in my home after they visited. They were professional and showed up on time.

We used this provider because of their good rating on angies. They were great! Very prompt, explained what they were going to do, when they did the first treatment, they did inside the house as well and put on shoe covers automatically, which I greatly appreciated!! They call a day or two in advance to tell me when they're coming back and are prompt and efficient, polite and professional.

It went well, but we have switched to less toxic options.

I thought that he did a great job and the price was reasonable. He was very nice and willing to reschedule with me. He cleaned up after himself. He even cleaned up the neighbor's walkway (where some of his mess had landed).

The service provider arrived at designated time. He was neat and professional. Our area has a huge pigeon problem, and the mess has been awful. He power sprayed the area over my porch where they have been nesting for about 30 min. He then put netting in the areas where they nest in the tile roof. He told me that wouldn't take care of all the problem as there are a LOT of pigeons on the building. [no surprise!] I've had very little droppings since he was here and am pleased with the service. He cleaned up everything nicely before he left.

Well, it started out ok. Pest control outfits always send out their star employees the first visit. After that, mileage may vary. The service went well for a few months, then a problem developed. I was at home on the day of scheduled treatment, and had unlocked the gate to the back yard. I was out back doing some yard work for a few minutes. Noting that it was time for the tech to come, I opened the front door, and found a note hanging from the doorknob. It was a bill for service rendered, with check marks indicating that the full perimeter, front AND BACK, had been sprayed. As a result, I no longer use this company. The owner was very apologetic, but there is a great deal of competition in this market.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it turned out good. I thought they would come out monthly, especially for the price that you pay.

It worked out pretty well. They were great. They were professional. They were on time. They communicated very well. I would definitely refer them. They came to do work within a week after the purchase. I would use them again in the future.

They solved the issue just fine. A couple of days later a few ants set up again but they came back the next week for free.

Mountain View comes out every other month to do bug control. They always call the day before they come and are always on time. Their employees are always polite and professional. I would use this company again.

The first time was excellent. Technicians were prompt, professional, and thorough, and took the time to answer all our questions. The second visit didn't meet the same level of quality. It was a different Tech, and he did a poor job. He spent a lot less time spraying, didn't use the truck sprayer outside, but used a handheld sprayer instead, and did a very hit and miss job. consequently the bugs came back, inside and out, within a few days. We called the owner, Alan, and he sent somebody else out to respray,, and he did a good job. I was impressed with Alan's responsiveness, and dedication to "making things right".

WE WERE DELIGHTED , IT WAS LABOR DAY WEEKEND --THE OWNER CAME EARLY TUESDAY TO TAKE CARE OF US. I HAVE RECOMMENDED MVPC TO MY NEW NEIGHBOR AND I THINK MVPC WILL HAVE 12 CLIENTS ON OUR BLOCK ALONE, THEY ARE THE BEST. GLAD TO HAVE ANGIE'S HELP.

It turned out okay. We haven't had them back a second time so far. Pests have gone away. There's nothing bad and nothing good. I did meet with the guy. He was courteous which is good enough but at the same, he didn't have to be nice as long as the pests go away.

He worked exactly as advertised, and it worked to get rid of the pigeon nests.
