He was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. He was very, very good. He was very considerate, and even offered to take his shoes off! He did everything in a very specific pattern, covering all areas. I haven't seen any sign of infestation since! He gets an A++

Normally I would be writing another stellar review about this company but the services performed seemed like it was a complete rush through and the areas that they always state they need to hit were not hit both indoors and outdoors.I am not sure what is going on as this is the first time I have experienced this with this company so I am a bit shocked I guess you could say. One thing I do know is good help is hard to find these days so I don't justify this as enough for me to stop using them in the future and I know Alan works with many other technicians. It just bothers me to have to write this review and give them bad marks but I guess this will only help his company improve and let him know what is going on.

Mountain View Pest control in the past has always done a fine job spraying and hitting all the necessary spots to keep those pesky little rodents away although the experience on this date just didn't seem to level up to the previous times. The spots the technician always hits both inside and out well he didn't hit this time and just seemed very sloppy and in a hurry. I am not sure if the tech was having a bad day or what but just not the stellar service I usually see or get from this company.I will continue to give this company another shot as there are different technicians.Pictures can show many things but with pest control it is very hard to show everyone what I am talking about here. Hopefully things start looking up because this company does have a great low rate everytime they come and I know if I go to another company the price may be higher and service may not be the same.

Alan contacted me promptly to discuss pricing and schedule an appointment. Very professional and explained how the service would work. Daniel was here on time and explained how he would be servicing our home. He asked if there were any rooms he shouldn't enter or if anyone was sleeping. (thank you.)Daniel was nice enough to take care of the spider webs on the exterior of our home (that is our main issue.) He was done within a half hour, left me a receipt with the next appointment listed on it thanked me for my business and left. Great service and staff. I am having them exterminate a second home here in Las Vegas as well.

Been using Mountain View Pest Control since I moved into my first house in Vegas at Mountains Edge Community about 3 years ago and the service has been top notch and quality has been stellar. The friendliness of Alan and his staff have always been great and they have always been professional. The last two times I had Mountain View spray at my house in Mountains Edge before I sold it and moved into a new one the service has been sloppy and things just went down hill. When I moved into my new house I decided to give Mountain View a few more tries but still the service just is sloppy as all get out and just not something I am pleased with. Mountain View used to be at the top of my list for pest control but sadly to say they have lost my confidence and I have discontinued services from them. Sadly also to the say which is the quality of service was just sloppy but the quality of workers Alan has working for him are not that great. 4/7/2014...Since I have discontinued service with Mountain View Pest Control Alan the owner called and left a message about 30 seconds long then he called AGAIN and I spoke with him. He was begging me to change my review & grades on here and wanted to come back out but I already chose another pest control company.I told Alan I would not change my review as my review is honest and people need to know this. He kept begging and begging again but to me I find this very unprofessional and bad business practice.***

Great, it was very easy to schedule and he let himself in to get started ASAP on the outside, he did exactly what I asked, was very polite and professional.

Checked the roof first but did not see a problem. Determined pigeons were drinking the water from the spa. Added river rock around the spa so the pigeons could not reach the water. It worked and I no longer have a pigeon problem.

Alan and his team were great. They came and checked the mouse traps every month as they promised. I have no issues with mice or any other pests. They did a great job. They called before they showed up and left an invoice. They were punctual and informative. If I had any questions, they were easily accessible by cell phone.

Alan is a wonderful person to deal with. He is extremely professional and I have never had any problems with bugs or other pests. He always calls and lets me know that his employee will be coming out. I am so happy with the service, that I purchased another year.

They came and sprayed already. They have a reasonable price for the contract. They will be coming out every 2 months for me, for a check up and whenever we see pests we call them right up and they will be come out for us.

The service was great; they were really prompt and they were very easy to work with because it was actually a rental house. I think the rentals signed up for a monthly service after that. They were very professional; I highly recommend them.

Great Service. I will purchase another annual contract as I am so very satisfied with their services. Very nice mannerisms with the pets also.

The service has been great. The first three months they came every month and now they do the service once every other month. The service can be monthly if I choose that. They are nice to work with and they will come in between visits if needed.

They continue to provide good service. They come back for free if you ever see any pests in between treatments - I like that.

They've been doing this for a few months. I am definitely seeing fewer bugs than I did with my last provider and the folks are always pleasant, responsive and professional.

They come every two months and the fellow that comes is clean, nice and polite. They‘re only supposed to do the inside once, but he’s offered to do both inside and outside if I see a single bug. He’s good about making sure my gate is shut to keep my dog in. Even if he’s only going to be 5 minutes late he’ll call me, I really appreciate the courtesy. I have no bugs now, it has gone great!

Went very well. It even kept the pigeons away from the house for awhile. I will need to call them back to remove another nest and intall the spikes at a later date. Overall, I am very happy with the results.

Awesome! These guys are great. Thorough. I bought the package deal and couldn't be happier. I suggest these guys to everyone! My house is finally comfortable! I think the outdoor power spray made all the difference.

They were professional, on time, reasonably priced, and did a good job

It went okay. They performed the work as advertised. They didn't perform any service that was over and above, I think they were average.
