The job went well and he came back to remove other nest for the same price. Excellent work on preventing pigeons from nesting again. He put up netting to prevent them from making nests again, and cleaned up area. Thanks for doing a great job!! No more hearing pigeons at night outside our bedroom window.

We used Mountain View Pest Control for nearly 2 years on an annual contract and added a couple additional months prior to moving out of the Las Vegas area. We were VERY happy with their service. They were always prompt, consistently effective, and we had the same technician for each service call. We have worked with other agencies in other locations (such as Terminex and Cook's), and its RARE to have a nice chat with the technician and remember how things are going for each other. They consistently called to remind us of upcoming appointments. We only had to call them back out 1x for extra assistance as the bugs appeared to be especially heavy one summer. They consistently remembered our "problem areas" around the house and also gave us tips and what to watch for each visit. They were very professional and accommodating. With each visit they always asked if there was any new activity we had noticed. With consistent maintenance, we found that ANY bugs in the house were rare between visits.

We purchased an annual contract for $310 and on the initial visit we were asked if we had any specific problem areas or specific problems with any kind of bugs. I was concerned that we had cats and wanted to make sure that any products they used would not be harmful, which they assured me they were not. Recently we had a regiment of ants that came in through our front room, making their way through the dining room and then to the kitchen. We tried our own bug spray and sprayed for two days to no avail. We called Mountain View and they came out that day and sprayed. We thought it was over. Unfortunately the ants thought otherwise and found a new way into the house. We called Mountain View again and the gentleman apologized and said it might be late afternoon or so before he could get someone out as he had an employee out sick. The gentleman came out and again sprayed the new area and the ants are history. I can't express how impressed we are with their service. Even though they were shorthanded they made sure we were taken care of and are always concerned if we have any problems. In this day and age it is so wonderful to deal with a company with such integrity and caring.

It was great, he was prompt courteous and answered all our questions.

I called Mtn View Pest Control on 6/25/14. They had a technician out to our house the next morning. Daniel arrived within the promised time frame and we feel lucky he was assigned to our house. He is professional, knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. We just moved to Vegas three weeks ago, so in addition to treating the property for ants (our immediate concern since there are billions and billions that only appear at dusk), I needed some instruction on what pests are in the area and what to do about them. He gladly answered my questions while he worked and provided good information. He assured us that our dogs were not in any danger from the treatments applied. Good to know. My husband and I were both very impressed with Daniel and wished he was our neighbor LOL! With Daniel's impressive work ethic and advice, we are considering signing up for a year long plan, depending on what we see in pest activity in the near future. Thank you Alan and Daniel! I would not recommend this company! They came over and sprayed for bugs. Just a few days after they sprayed, more bugs than before were coming out from all over. It seems as though there are now more bugs in the house than there were before they sprayed. We called to have them come back to finish the job. They then went to the incorrect address, and when we finally were having them come to the correct address, we decided we did not want them to come back since they could not do the job right to begin with. My sister and her son decided to treat their house themselves and have killed more bugs then the company did originally. They then had charged my sister separate for a job then sent me a separate bill with an address that does not belong to me.

Very professional and on time.

Seemed to be well done. Haven't seen the number of cockroaches I was seeing as a result. Felt it was worth the price. There was no pressure to be on a continuing service.

Mountain View Pest removed pigeon nest and replaced with wire netting so pigeons don't come back to that area also showed where are 3 more nest and is coming back to remove them and put up netting52

They sprayed our yard for thorough penetration of chemicals and included granules and a 1 time spray inside the house. This usually lasts for 1 year. Very professional and knowledgeable

.Got an Angie's List deal for $49 and they responded the next day, setting up a service time convenient for us within a week. Called two hours early and said they were ahead of schedule, so we got the service before expected - a huge plus in my book. Performed their pest control service quickly and in a professional manner, explaining what might happen in the next few days with dead bugs, and left us with a call back number if there were any problems. The best thing about Mountain View Pest Control is that they were content to do a one time service and did not hound us for a monthly contract. I don't have a serious pest problem, so this was perfect! Just what I needed

Provider was punctual and professional. The spray did not have much of an odor and has seemed effective. They offer a service guarantee which is nice and like the company I used to use. I would recommend the company.

Everything was fine. They did what was needed and I would use them again.

Everything went extremely well with both the owner (Alan) and the technician (Daniel). They are both outstanding in terms of knowledge, professionalism and advice. In fact, Daniel is the best technician I have ever dealt with for any reason in Las Vegas. Eliminating bedbugs is an awful process. You have to launder everything you own, put everything in plastic bags, and live out of the plastic bags for about three weeks. And during that three weeks you have to launder what you wear, bedding and towels every two days. Alan and Daniel thoroughly explained what I needed to do and made the experience as pleasant as possible. Moreover, they guarantee the work for 30 days after the second treatment. That might not sound like much, but because bedbugs (which do not thrive only in beds) can easily be re-introduced at any time, lots of places don't guarantee it at all.

The expectations are realistic and the work is guaranteed. We were told to sweep the dead bugs so that ants don't come over to do the cleaning up for us. I look forward to rid of our issue and I believe we have taken our home back.

Tech was on time and professional. The tech went about his business spraying outside and inside the house. We had another company come out before for the same services months ago and the difference is that the other tech seemed to apply stuff under the sink and spray the garage so it did not seem to me that this provider hit as many places, possibly not as thorough as the other company we used before. That is not to say that this company doesn't do a proper job, but that's just that impression I got because I had had another company to compare with. I can recommend this company as they performed the requested service and followed up a few months later.

The service was great. I could have found a better price but the service was good. The person showed up on time. Sprayed both inside and outside and wore booties while inside. I was impressed. My neighbor hired him on the spot to have a pest control service.
