So far so good! They are very good, very professional, very efficient and have done a very nice job. I have no complaints as they are a good company.

Awesome, on-time service. We use this company about 3 times a year and they are always prompt and effecient and most important we don't have any bugs.

This company did a great job and cleaned up the mess with no issue. I have a rental that had a wasp nest over the front door. The little buggers stung me as I was walking by and I didn't want to mess them. I hired this company and explained that due to my work schedule I couldn't be present at time of service. This was not an issue, and they came to complete the nest removal without supervision. I checked on their work the following day and the nest was gone and so was any debris. They did a great job and the whole experience was hassle free. Thank you.

We were not that pleased. We bought a new house and found 3 insect problems. There were some cockroaches inside, black widow spiders outside, and wasps in a tree just in front of the house. When I called ahead of time I said we were most concerned about the wasps and they told me on the phone it would be no problem at all to take care of the nest. But at the house (my girlfriend was there since I was at work) the guy who was spraying said he couldn't do anything unless we could point out the nest to him. If we knew where it was we would have told him, but if not then shouldn't he try to find it? He also didn't spray inside as we asked him to. He said it wasn't needed since spraying outside would keep insects out. But we had told them there were already cockroaches inside the house! We hadn't moved in yet so we wanted the inside sprayed, to make sure it wouldn't have to be after we moved in. Overall we feel like we paid $79 for a guy to not do most of what we asked and just spray around the outside of the house for 10 minutes. I could have done that myself for nothing. Update: The owner came back to make everything right, which meant a lot. After talking to him I think we can chalk up the original experience to the particular guy who was sent out and is a little green, and some misunderstanding.

Excellent, thorough service. The technician, Daniel, was professional and gave helpful advice on pest control. The service included a free spot spraying in the event the pests returned--so far, a second treatment has been unnecessary.

Excellent work so far, about half way through a year contract. On time and good performance. Seems to be stopping the bugs. Recommend highly.

Great job, will use again later this year for maintenance.

great job came back when we found ants

Gavin and his assistant power sprayed the outside of my house and the perimeter of my yard. They also sprayed the inside and put granules for the ants. I explained that I had found a dead rat in my back yard and Gavin put two feeding stations. Very professional. Explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I will definitely refer them to my neighbors.

THey said it may take a couple of treatments but I did not see any ants for a week or so and then only a few outside.

This was perfect! Scheduling was great and they came by right on time. They sprayed for roaches. They came back a month later when the pests returned and sprayed at no extra charge. I definitely got my money’s worth! He explained everything that he was doing and told us what we could do our own.

They were prompt. Gavin and his minion did a nice job of explaining their services and what to expect from them. He indicated that if we need a respray they would be right out. We have a huge ant issue in our garden and rather than letting them hose the good bugs with the bad he suggested some alternatives that we could do on our own. They are keepers.

What he did not detour the birds for long. He said I might need to poison them if this did not work. I don't know how much that would cost, and neither did he. I'm now controlling them with shinny, reflective material.

I asked that they call and narrow down the time for service. They did call the night before, and they came during the hour they said they would. If I don't find any more scorpions, I will know their service did the job. -- Well I haven't found any more scorpions and I'm having them come every other month for outside spraying.

I called on July 7 to get estimate. Chris came by the next day and wrote up a pigeon control proposal. I approved it immediately. He said work would likely be down the following week because they were very busy at the time. I called on July 17 to see if the work had been scheduled. Alan said it could be done Saturday, July 19. He called back that evening and asked if the work could be done Friday, July 18. I agreed. Alan said worker would be there between 8 and 8:30 Friday morning. He arrived at 8:10 and completed the work in about 60 to 90 minutes.

Bought a $49.00 inside/out pest treatment deal. Technician was on time and very personable. After a few days, was finding dead insects around the doorways. After six weeks, no insects have been seen for a least a month. Very satisfied.

They were very good and prompt. The man who came was very polite.

purchased $99 deal that was normally $350. We felt we did not receive $350 of service. 2 dead birds were not picked up (technician said they weren't pigeons). There were still obvious signs of pigeon droppings after the one area serviced was spray cleaned. However, pigeon spikes were set in place and we haven't seen birds nesting in that one area since.

technician was prompt, courteous, and patient as we had other contractors diverting our attention. Sprayed entire home inside and out, including the garage. Have not seen any critters since. Would definitely recommend Mountain View Pest Control for pest removal services.

An appointment for service was given the same day that I called. I explained I was having a problem with fire ants. Dan Williams came to perform the service. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He did a great job of eliminating the problem. A week later and I haven't seen any of the ants.

I have an annual contract with Mountain View. What is so great about them is if I have a problem that arises outside the normal service date, unlike other past providers who wanted to delay a visit, he is right there the next day to deal with it. Excellent service.

I had looked around for a company to help with pigeon control. The first company wanted over $1000 for the work based on a Google Map view of my home. Did not want to come out for an estimate. Then I went to Angie's List and Mountain View Pest Control seemed to have good reviews. I called them and Chris came out to give an estimate. He actually went up on the roof and looked at the situation and confirmed that help was needed in the area that I was concerned about, but also noted some other areas that should be addressed (indeed, the next day I spotted a pigeon in one of the other areas of concern, pooping and intending to stay put). This indicated to me that Chris was honest in his assessment and not trying to inflate the bill. I approved the work and on the appointed day Chris returned and applied the deterrents (cage and spike), and by agreement he was careful to see that all of the pigeons were gone before the wire enclosure was placed. After the job was completed, Chris went over with me what had been done and explained that the pigeons might return for a few days, trying to get into their old crevices, but would eventually find that futile and go away. This is exactly what happened! Thanks, Angie, and Chris, and Mountain View Pest Control. Will call them again if needed.

They worked out pretty good and I never had problems. I'm happy with it. It's just like a commodity base thing.

They were okay. They were punctual and they did what they were supposed to do for $55.

Showed up on time, got right to work, finished the job quickly and verified that I was satisfied with the work. Very professional!
