Good it's was hard to schedule but in the end the service good

Was somewhat disappointed in the punctuality of representative - they arrived 90 minutes late without a call to advise of the delay. Representative however was very professional at the appointment and our pigeon problem has decreased signicantly..

Technician prompt and prefessional. Service was effective in controlling pests. Price was reasonable.

He was on time and did a very complete job of covering the outside and all areas inside. He was friendly and personable as well and explained what are the general pest problems for this area.

I had artificial turf installed, so they sprayed for bugs since all of them were uprooted when the grass was taken out. I use them monthly now, and I haven’t had any issues since then. He is very thorough with his work.

Scorpions are still a problem so not 100% sure the chemicals used are doing the job. Provider come back every two months.

I contacted Alan to set up the appointment after my yard was completed. When he called back to follow up on the service by landscape project was still underway so he moved the appointment to the following week. He gave me an hour window in which they would show up, 8-9 am. Gavin showed up promptly at 8:00am, completed the service and made sure I had no questions or concerns. I paid for a year service so will be seeing them every other month. Glad I looked at the reviews and selected Mountain View! Thanks!!

It went pretty good. They came out about a week after I bought the big deal. They did the work when I was away so it was pretty much what I paid through Angie's List. It was pretty standard from what I experienced. I'd say price is pretty fair. I'm not sure if I will use them again. I would say no.

They were very professional and even was careful around my pets and their food and water dishes.

We didn't have any issues with them. I guess their standard wasn't the same as what we had previously had another company do. I did have to actually ask him to come and spray it wasn't like a standard thing. I did also have to ask for we had a previous extermination company that left heat pad in areas where scorpion that was something that they automatically suggested so I did have to ask for that, but other than that it was fine. Communication was good. They were on time and came the following week and everything went without any issues. I didn't pay anymore extra.

They did a great job. They came out in less than a week after I purchased the Big Deal and there were no additional charges to the $79 Big Deal. He was an incredibly nice guy. He was very cooperative. He told me exactly what I needed. I would use him again in the future and I suggest him to others as well.

They were fine. They've been coming out for seven or eight months. They are very prompt and they do a good job.

It went very well. The tech showed up when he said he would and sprayed and placed baits as needed through the house. This solved the problem and we were very pleased with the service.

Daniel came 15 minutes early and did a very good job. I asked him to spray extra and he did. I also instructed him to spray under the porch to keep a pigeon out and he did a great job with that. I really do recommend them if anyone needs their yards sprayed or any bugs killed!

They were great. I have a dog, and they answered all my questions concerning what they were spraying. Then I pointed out some problem area with ants, and other bugs. They not only took care of them but told me what they were, and where they tend to live. Two days after they left I noticed some ants. I called them right away, they scheduled me for the next morning. I thought I was going to have to pay again, but they said any time between scheduled service was covered. Both appointments they gave me a time that they were going to be there, they were right on time.

Gavin is friendly and professional. After service, my ant problem was resolved and I haven't seen any since. I have setup regular scheduled service bi-monthly. Confirmations of scheduled service is timely.
