They came out and I wasn't happy with the service. The guy was really vague about what he could and couldn't do. They said they were going to come out and get it done. I was not happy. Make sure you get everything that this guy will and will not do in writing. They did not do a good job.

Excellent service every other month. The technician arrived on time, was pleasant and professional.

They were on time, professional and courteous. Took care of my massive ant infestation. I could not get rid of them no matter how hard I tried and they kept coming back. They took care of my issue.

See the above. The description should have said that clean up was limited to concrete patio, fence and not the patio cover. I feel the description was misleading as for what he was willing to do. I also agreed to purchase more feed and he never returned. I did not pursue, since I wasn't that happy with what was provided.

The gentleman came out, appointment was at 1PM showed about an half hour late and never mentioned it, nor did I. He was carrying a can of something, could of been water for all I know as I did ask but he never did answer what he had. We have a new baby and a dog so I was concerned what he was going to spray. I explained we have been seeing a lot of ants lately so he kinda wondered around the kitchen and ask where he should spray? Really? You come to peoples homes with no plan, how would I know where he should spray, I assume the entire house, right? Anyway he stayed about 10 mins did nothing at all, needless to say still had the ants. WASTED MY $$$

One screen was $99 and then we paid additional for 2 other places where the pigeons could nest. The day the screens went up, we saw 2 pigeons behind the one screen in the main nesting place, so they were either in there when the screens went up or they found a way in. We called Mountain View Pest Control and they came out that day or the next and resolved the issue immediately. We haven't had a problem since. They did a great job and the screens aren't that noticeable. Its a huge improvement to what was a very nasty pigeon problem requiring daily clean up.

They did a fabulous job! I am still seeing dead bugs on the outside of my house! I liked them so much I signed up for them to come out every 2 months. The technician knew what he was doing and took the time to answer all of my questions!

Very good, knowledgeable pest control technician. Sprayed all the areas in and around the house. I noticed an immediate decrease in the pest population which is continuing to this day. (July 2).

so far so good, no scorpions. I had them with the last company but so far so good

As usual it was great! I've had an emergency with a scorpion and they responded immediately. We have used them for two years and the person that comes is very nice and patient and polite. I just renewed my subscription for another year. I definitely recommend them.

He did install some type of pellet that would help to discourage the pigeons from hanging out on my roof. I'm not sure how effective this was as I ended up moving very shortly after it was applied.

I had an annual contract with them and I renewed the contract. The price looks pretty good though I don't know what other pest control companies charge. They do pretty good with the quality but they missed a couple of times and we had to let them know that they had missed a spot- overall they do okay. They call me before they come over. They are pretty professional.Unless something comes up, I will continue to use them because they are pretty responsive.

This company is very professional. I have hired them to come quarterly, and every quarter they automatically call me, ask me if it works for them to come on a specific time/day, and then if needed will reschedule. Very easy and pleasant!

We had a number of problems. First of all they locked the baby pigeons in the cages. They said the pigeons would keep coming back for some time. The pigeons were coming back for their babies, we called him back, he came and removed one baby, but they left one rotting in the cage. He said he would wash off the poop on the roof, and that was not properly done. After it was done we had to deal with pigeon mites. The pigeons are no longer there,and he build nice cages. People say pigeons are like rats, but that was just not my style, I wanted the pigeons off my roof, but I did not want them killed. I just think they could have been neater. They could having been more ecologically loving.
