He was running a little late because of traffic, but he did call and let us know he was on the way. When he arrived he told us what he would do and gave us a price for the additional windows. Then he went to work. I was amazed at the way he did the work and the beautiful quality. The work was excellent and quick. Anyway, much faster than I could do and a much better job. I won't be cleaning my windows again. We will have Marco do it again.

They were teriffic! The cleaned the inside, outside of the windows as well as the tracks, sills, and the screens. They showed up on time and did a wonderful job! They were on times, clean, neat, and polite. I am very happy with their services.

Marvella owns her own business, so one of the best things about this company is that money goes directly to the cleaner who is the owner. She's a very kind and good person. I love her personality. She wants to please and make you happy. She tends to come early for some reason - like an hour early every time, and I'm not a morning person so sometimes I've had to say "come back at the scheduled time please" and she does. I feel like she tends to rush through my house, so that makes me a bit sad. I'm going to talk to her about it, as I really like working with her. I want it to work out, but I think it's going to take more communication on my part. Don't get me wrong - the house is clean. But I have a very heavy-shedding dog and those hairs are hiding, so I need super vigilant vacuuming and cleaning.

Overall, Marvel did a great job. I was really disappointed, however, that I only got two hours of cleaning. The gift certificate said "four hours" but Marvella explained that since there were two people working in my home, that I was getting twice the work which meant that the other person counted as two hours (2 hours of Marvella + 2 hours of worker= 4 hours, to her). I received the gift certificate as a gift, so I'm not sure if that stipulation was stated on the certificate or not, as Marvella indicated. But it seemed like I wasn't getting what was paid for - if you say "four hours," you do four hours of work. I really wanted to get my dining window blinds cleaned and kitchen floor cleaned, and since the two hours had passed she charged me $15 per person for another half hour of work ($30 total) which wasn't bad but was not much time . Overall I would use Marvella (just her) again because she seemed very conscientious and paid attention to detail. But if she brings another person along, I would make certain you know how much actual time you are getting for the work of two people.

She uses green cleaning materials, and I purchased what she likes to use. She has shown me some good tricks to use in the weeks I don't have her come. She is a very hard worker, works quietly and quickly, is very trustworthy, and is easy to have around. My house always sparkles when she leaves. I would strongly recommend her.

Robert and Nick of Marvel Cleaning Services did an excellent job cleaning all the windows in my house, inside and outside. They also cleaned the door frames, window sills and screens. They were very knowledgeable about the best ways to clean windows with a lot of water spots and also a film over the high windows. They were very efficient and courteous. I would highly recommend them.

They typically can use your own cleaning products, but we purchased whatever they recommend. Stove cleaning is the most impressive. They are prompt, and they leave no spots of dust anywhere. Very impressive and it makes us feel real good. My only recommendation is put away any small paper or plastic items that are important, because even if they are on a desk or table, they are at risk of being cleaned away. No fault of the cleaning company, they are thorough and fast, this is just a warning.

I have been using Marvela's house cleaning service for approximately 1 year. She comes every 3 weeks. I am normally at work when she cleans. Very trust worthy. Does a very good job in a timely manner (2 - 3 hours). It is wonderful to come home from work to a very clean home.

The marvel housecleaning people were good but they came in the door trying to sell different services. They did a good job on the work.

The housecleaning crew that came out did a good job. However a window cleaning crew was supposed to come out to do the windows but they never showed up. I was going to have the housekeeping crew come back to do our bathrooms but after their window cleaning service never showed up I changed my mind.

My mother interviewed 3 housecleaners and selected Marvella. She has been very happy with her service.

I have been using her for about a month and she is fabulous. She does exactly what she says she is going to do and more. I like how she never forgets what I ask her to do. The first time she was here, I told her how I liked things done and I have never had to repeat myself. She is very conscientious about her work and they work very efficiently. They take good care of my house and they go above and beyond. They fold the towels for me. Everything looks great when they finish. They are very trustworthy. I have had housekeepers before and these people are wonderful. She and all of her co-workers are very pleasant people. I also appreciate how they are good to my dogs.

The team arrived on time and works really good together. Had all windows, window sills and surrounding areas on windows cleaned in a little over two hours. A wonderful company and would reccomend to anyone that needs this typ of service. I will for sure use them again.

I couldn't be more pleased! My house is just sparkling - cleaner than when I moved in! They got up and cleaned the high plant shelves and tops of the kitchen cabinets, as well as all the stuff I had up there. All the ceiling fans were thoroughly cleaned, and the bathrooms, floors and kitchen just shine! Marvella is honest, trustworthy, a very hard-worker, and just plain nice. Her prices are reasonable for the work performed, and they just do a wonderful job. I am looking forward to my next "deep cleaning" from her; it is just so nice to be able to luxuriate in such a nice clean house without having had to lift a finger. If money were no object, I would have her come every week!

Although I used this company because of an Angie's List coupon, I will continue to use them in the future, as they are the best window cleaners I have ever had! In fact they were so good that I am having Marvella come on Monday to clean my house. If she is anything like her husband, I know I will be more than satisfied. He showed up exactly on time, fully equipped, and got right to work. All the windows are now sparkling clean, the screens are immaculate, and the window and slider tracks are cleaner than they have ever been. I am extremely pleased with this company, and I can heartily recommend them; I will continue to use them for all my window cleaning.

They were very prompt, thorough and polite. Very easy to deal with.

They did a marvelous job in and out. They came on time and I thought the price I paid was worth their service. They did not rush and even did my french doors inside the house.

They got up on latters and cleaned my ceiling fans. They cleaned on top of things and bottom. These people did a complete cleaning job and it the way that I would have done it myself. They didn't rush, they stayed for about 3 hours. The owner checked to make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. They even asked if I wanted them to use their cleaning products or my own. I will defiantly use them again. Update 3/28/13: As I checked some things later, I found that they did not go on top of everything. I opened my cabinets and noticed that my products without my permission.

I called them several times and even sent them a few text messages but there was no reply for a long time. Finally they called me back and left me voicemail. I called them back to reply and we discussed the job and he said he would call me back to set the appointment, but I never heard back from him. I own and run a business myself so I know that things happen, but I would have appreciated a response.

Went very well, I strongly recommend Marco's service.

I've never had anyone do a better job on my windows, and I thought my last washer was great.
