Provider advertises that they are licensed, however, provider then stated that they are not licensed. Provided wanted to charge extra to perform duties listed in the description here on Angie's List.

Purchased Angie's List deal from this provider. Arrived on time and prioritized what I wanted done.

My windows are beautiful again. They even cleaned all the crud from the bottom of the window frames. All in all they did an excellent job. I would definitely have them back to clean again.

Areas I needed to be dusted were not dusted. The front door was left unlocked after the provider left.

Fantastic job! Very high standards for being done right. Inspected work from team members when Marvella was not on sight to ensure job was done right. Very responsive to fit us into her schedule sooner rather than later. Small cleaning crew, but worked very hard. Worked 2 1/2 days to get the job done, This company will become my regular cleaning crew. Can't wait!

Marvella and her girls are the best cleaning service I have used. She calls the night prior to the cleaning to confirm and she shows up on time. While she is here she moves quickly but is very thorough. She moves furniture and I have literally seen her scrubbing on her hands and knees. She does an excellent job and is friendly and professional. Will definitely continue to use her service :)

The husband came and started the job, he was really good, the wife showed up, and the husband asked for the payment and told me to make it out to him and not the company, and he took off to mexico with all of the business' money.

She did a nice job. I was happy with the work. I used her when my regular cleaning lady was out of town. The price was excellent. I would use them again if they had a big deal.

It went well. They came in and went to work.

Scheduling was easy. A team showed up on time and brought supplies but only one person stayed. I had a list of priorities, but that was ignored. I am not experienced with cleaning services, so I let them prioritize the cleaning tasks. I narrowed the rooms I wanted cleaned to the bathrooms, kitchen and family room. The one woman spent 2.5 hours cleaning my 1 3/4 baths by herself. I don't know what took so long as the bathrooms are small. I asked the woman to work on the family room next, but apparently she had no vacuum. Another woman showed up and she began washing the kitchen and hallway tile floors. The family room fan and pictures got dusted and the refrigerator front was wiped down. Period. Despite all of the time spent on the bathrooms, the single picture in one and the overhead fan were not dusted. The tub surround was not cleaned. The rest of the bathroom cleaning seemed fine-but I can't explain the amount of time spent there. The tile floors were also cleaned well. I was disappointed that there was no vacuum and the kitchen received very little attention. Again, I do not have experience with cleaning services, and after this experience, I will continue to do my own cleaning. The first woman was cleaning the bathrooms for 2.5 hours, a second woman arrived and did the partial dusting and tile floors. They left after 3.5 hours.

Well she was scheduled to come clean my house on Wednesday however i had an emergancy come up so we rescheduled for saturday only to find out she normally doesnt work on saturdays. i was so grateful that she did come out anyway, she did everything from cleaning my basthrroms to my fans and even making my beds. my house sparlked when she was done. she scrubbed my water grim off and stove. she was very nice and respectful of my property. I am very happy with her and plan to use them again. she was alittle late and i was late for my daughters game HOWEVER im am just grateful she took me on a saturday period. very happy :0

This lady is amazing! The whole house sparkles when she is done. It takes her about 3.5 hours to clean our 2100 sq ft home and she is working hard the whole time. She often deep cleans areas that need it without being asked to. We have her do windows on a separate visit and they are amazing when she is done. She is motivated, enjoys her work and requires little direction. Her prices are very reasonable.

Friendly, helpful, responsive. Cleaned windows thoroughly. Did a great job cleaning my house, including lots of pet hair.

UPDATE (08/14/14): We continued to use Marvella's cleaning services for the entire time we lived in Las Vegas. We were VERY pleased. Visitors frequently complimented her work. Marvella was reliable (never missed an appointment). She cleaned well and had consistent staff with her. On the occasion that another person would be assisting her she always let us know ahead of time and if we were home, introduced them to us. We had no concerns with any staff who assisted her. Marvella listened well to any adjustments we requested. Cleaning was superb, though and it was rare we ever had any negative feedback for her. Our only consistent issue was that Marvella struggled to keep a routine appointment time. She always came, and arrived on the day we expected her, but in the last 2 months of service her consistency dropped from a regular 10am appointment to a variety of different times. We understand that this had to do with an increase in her schedule filling up, and were able to work around it. However, because we have dogs and Marvella did not want to keep a copy of our house key, it frequently resulted in minor frustration for us. One of the great things about Marvella is that she was willing, able, and eager to use more natural cleaning supplies for a variety of purposes. During our pregnancy this was especially important to us. We frequently bought the cleaners ourselves, or she would leave a list of what she needed. We left the Vegas area and that is the only reason we don't still work with Marvella. We miss her! She was wonderful!!! 7/13/13: Our house was very dirty to begin with (by our standards). Marvella came out and did an estimate of 8-10 hours of cleaning and provided us with an appointment. She specifically listed which services she would perform during the deep cleaning ($225) and which items would be "regular" or "alternating" services based on a 2x/month service request ($145 per cleaning). Marvella and another woman came to our house right on time. She called to confirm both appointments. They spent a full 10 hours completing EVERYTHING. For this deep clean Marvella washed/vacuumed all floors; scoured the bathrooms including descaling the glass shower doors; dusted all surfaces and cleaned ceiling fans; cleaned our stove top and microwave; they even washed some dirty pans that were out on the counter, and cleaned all the mats and small rugs on the floors. We were particularly impressed with how clean our floors and showers were. Our house was SPOTLESS. They moved furniture to make sure that they cleaned all the tile floors and worked on ladders to clean our ceilings (which are approximately 10 ft high). Marvella brought her own cleaning supplies and used some of ours as well. Marvella and her crew took out all the trash in our home as well. We were totally comfortable to leave Marvella in our home for a couple of hours while we ran errands, and she was willing to work around our 2 (well-behaved) dogs while we were present. We are very impressed and feel fortunate to have Marvella as a part of our home life. We can't wait to keep working with her! We will update after a few regular cleanings.
