Marvel Cleaning Services

It went very well. This was a scheduled second visit.

The guys from Marvel Cleaning Services were okay. It wasn’t a great job. They didn’t do as much detail as I has expected or would have liked but the price was a good deal.

We ran into a few misunderstandings, but the problems were fixed. She did a Marvel did a good job with the cleaning.

Marvel Cleaning Services was never contacted by us so we will need to have a refund of our $99.00.

There were supposed to be two people for 4 man hours of work. Instead, one person arrived late. I needed to go somewhere, so I think I did not receive 4 man hours of work. The cleaning was acceptable. I have since tried other services and prefer to use those.

Marvel and her sister showed up promptly at 9:30 AM on Saturday. They were very pleasant and did a meticulous job all around. I would rate this as the best cleaning I have ever had and while it took more time than expected due to the condition of my home, they were more than fair with the cost and in fact reluctant to go higher than the original estimate which they gave me over the phone based on my assessment of the job. I would give this company the highest recommendation.

Overall went very well. She cleans the entire house. Does not do windows, closets or cabinets, but this is fine with me

I was satisfied with their work, the girl who came was very motivated to do a good job. Her English was limited, and as we worked together, I was doing a bit of explaining English idioms, and expressions to her as we worked. I enjoyed her. They showed up on time, the boss (Marvella) came at the end to check up on how we had done (the girl who worked in my house did not have transportation, so this was her ride). The ultimate test was that i got all of my cleaning deposit back for the rental.

the first visit was great. they were thorough and it was a job well done. the second visit was as if a completely different person/company did the work. they left bathrooms not comp-letely cleaned. they stuck currtains up into towel bars, and closet hanging bars, and just left them. when I took them down, they were scruched up and completely wrinkled. When I called to discuss it, my intention was to have a better job done for the third visit. She did not speak english well, so maybe there was a language issue. She ended up telling me she was "uncomfortable" in my home. My response was then let's not continue. Very strange

Two people arrived right on time. They each worked two hours. They even stayed a little longer as the kitchen wasn't quite done. I've never seen my bathrooms and kitchen look so clean. They "detailed" every inch and did a wonderful job. I would definitely use their services again.

As I had already vacated the apartment, I arranged for the cleaners to meet me there at a specific time. I had planned to arrive earlier to do a bit of last minute pickup, so was distressed to find the cleaners waiting for me when I arrived. That made things a little awkward, but their work was quite good.

All went well...showed up on time....completed all cleaning on time Very happy with service....good price

Overall it went just fine--i don't remember the man's name , but he was very good & professional as was his helper. They worked very hard & my windows looked wonderful !

Window washing was by hand but of excellent quality, inside and out, including screens. As it turns out, each pane within a single window is counted as a "window" so it did not take long before she said she had done 15 windows. Of the the washed windows looked so good, I really couldn't have the dirty ones not cleaned, so I paid $10 or $15 per window for her to finish the house.

I made an appointment for Marvella to see my house, and give me a price. She arrived on time, walked around my house and gave me the price. On her cleaning day, she arrived on time, with two other women, and they got busy upon walking in the door. Great job, I am very pleased.

I called to set up service 4 months after I bought it. A representative of the company came and walked through to schedule the job. He said all my windows would be covered with the coupon and we scheduled the job. I got a call canceling the service due to worker illness and we rescheduled. When the crew came it was three women including the owner. I gather the man had been temporary and was not working for the company when the work was done. When the owner and two other women came they went to work immediately, washing all the windows inside and out, cleaned the tracks and the screens. They did an excellent job. I ended up paying extra for 4 windows as the number in my house exceeded the number on the coupon, a fact that the original estimator had not pointed out. I ended up paying the same amount that I had been quoted by another company, but I was very happy with the quality of the work!

Excellent window cleaning and vacuuming of window sills. They showed up on time and were professional. It was difficult to contact them because their voice mail would not let me leave a message. Presumably they returned my call to set up an appointment based on my caller id. I tried to call them afterwards to tell them that they left squeegees behind but they never called back.

I hired her due to all the good reviews on Angie's List and was not disappointed. I had to cancel twice before the actual appointment due to unexpected problems before she came and she was very accomodating and flexibile and very easy to get along with. She did a good job, was here longer than planned but stayed to help me get my house ready/ She also gave me some helpful hints on keeping the house looking good/clean once people come in and start looking at it.

Marvella provided excellent service, she made our master bath shower shine, she seriously did what noone else could. We are very impressed.

Marbella and her assistant called about 30 minutes prior to showing up, and was exactly on time. She came in and let us know that the groupon we had used covered 15 windows and I had about 10 more that I wanted to clean, which she charged regular price for. It was well worth the money! She vacuumed each of the windows out (in the crevices too), then took the screens off and washed them. The windows haven't ever looked this great since we bought the house two years ago.

Two men arrived on time, and worked together very efficiently. Both were very pleasant and professional, and they did a great job. I would definitely hire them again.

Very pleasant staff. When their time was up, and they weren't quite finished with my collection, I told them to stop, that I would finish the task. They said that they would rather finish For No Added Charge, and did so.

When I called, my information was taken and my call returned within a few hours with available dates for the service. Our window cleaning was scheduled within a few days of my call. Robert arrived 10 minutes early and did an incredible job for us. He was neat, professional, friendly and extremely focused on doing a great job. I would highly recommend Marvel Cleaning for your window washing needs.
