Description of Work: window cleaning, interior and exterior. You seem to have this confused with another company. Marvella is the owner of Marvel and the company is located in Albuquerque, not Las Vegas. I can't review how good a job they do in Las Vegas.

Description of Work: In the end, the work was excellent: our windows, inside and out, plus windowsills and screens look perfect. However, they left equipment behind, didn't put back things that were moved out of the way, and were incredibly difficult to set up an appointment with. we had purchased an Angies List coupon, so felt obligated to follow thru as the base price was already paid. It took several weeks of phone calls, three reschedules on their part, and then finally they came to clean and did a wonderful job. My husband spoke to the owner several times, and it did seem there were some very genuine personal issues going on in the family and it is a family business. I would give them another try when we need services again, assuming that the personal issues will have settled by then.

Description of Work: This was an Angie's list special for window cleaning. There were some difficulties in the morning when the provider didn't show up and didn't answer his cell phone. However, his partner apologized for his behavior, came over right away, and worked all afternoon to fulfill the deal. Once here, they did an excellent job and worked very hard.

Description of Work: I bought a "Big Deal" to have my windows washed. I got no response from Marvel until I contacted Angie's list 5 days later. Got a call and made an appt to have the work done. Marco from Marvel said he could come Sunday am to do the work. I felt bad that he had to come on Sunday but it was his offer to do it and I accepted. Sunday, no show at 8am. No answer at cell # at 8:15 or 8:30am. Found another number online and spoke to a woman who said she'd check and call back. 8:45am Marco called and said he had a broken axle, was trying but unable to get another vehicle. I decided to forget trying to work with this company. I don't know if the axle story is true or not. If he had called and explained the problem i would have worked with him but no call till after I made 3 calls didn't seem professional to me. I won't use this company.

Description of Work: Complete house cleaning services. I have tile and carpet floors. Both are exceptionally cleaned. Any dirty dishes left out are washed. Very polite, very personable, and on time.

Description of Work: Housecleaning of our two story 2200 square foot home in Corrales is a chore. Marvella does windows and clean the refrigerator inside and out. Oh and the stove it is an add-on charge, but worth it. She is always on time and ready to work. Marvella is a joy to have in our home. I have referred her to our friends and the are thrilled with her work. I can't say enough about Marvella. We have had several housecleaning services and Marvella is the BEST we've ever had!
