Description of Work: The owner was on vacation so it took a little longer than normal to get a call back. But once the call was returned, it only took a day for the worker to get out to my house and repair my solar. I am very pleased with the work.

Description of Work: Wow.......This is the 2nd time I have used Naylor Solar Specialists and have to say fantastic job. Very efficient, thorough and very friendly. The relief value had broke off and was letting water go back to solar panels. With the freezing temps the last few days....some of the fittings were lose and water escaped and frozen on roof. All fixed within an hour.........yea . If you have solar panels, this is the company to call.

They were very professional and they were on time. They did what they said they would do. They did some extra things that they really didn't have to do. They were really good. They are local people and it is like a family owned business. They are in San Diego also. I haven't used it much as it is winter time. They winterized it for me free of charge; they didn't have to.

They came out and took the fan down and actually they decided to replace the whole mechanism on it so they gave me that. They had to order it, they gave it to me, brought it right out, they came back out and put it up for me. I will use them in the future.

The job was well done and the leak was not anticipated. Overall I would grade them between excellent and good.
Description of Work: I had a leaky panel from old-age so I called Terry Naylor for service. He arranged for a worker to come out to check out the problem. The worker then came back with the new panel and replaced the leaky one and the solar heating worked without problem. The next morning, we had a HUGE LEAK from the roof. Called Terry Naylor to report the leak and since it was Sat morning I had to leave a message. I turned off the solar system earlier. Two days later on Mon, Terrry called at 7 AM and said that he would fix it. He came much earlier than he said and found the problem and fixed it.

He was very reasonable. He was here on time. He was a wonderful person. Everything went great with him. I would recommend this company to everybody. I could have not asked for a better solar repair person. I got the best service from them.
