Description of Work: They provided a housecleaning service. The first service was performed on Jan. 14. They did a very good job. I would give them an A. The second service was performed on Feb. 4. I would give their service a C+.The kitchen counters were not cleaned. I asked them to clean the refrigerator and they did a very poor job. I asked them to take the bed sheets and wash them and put them back on the bed. Instead the put other sheets on the bed and left the dirty sheets on my bedroom sofa. If they had washed the dirty sheets and left them folded on the sofa it would have been acceptable.

+ -1 moreExcellent! They did an initial deep cleaning and we were so impressed that we now have them on a regularly scheduled basis. Usually when a housecleaning company come in to do an initial cleaning the cover areas not done on scheduled cleaning. However, they clean every time with a deep cleaning and it is great. Our house has never been so clean. The staff is very professional and courteous. We would recommend this company to anyone, residential or commercial.

Description of Work: The maids came and did an amazing job ,attention to detail, very professional, on time and most important trustworthy.They deep cleaned my apartment from top to bottom. i spoke with owner Brandon regarding what specific areas i wanted cleaned . i left my apartment sparkling clean, best quality of maid service.

Description of Work: Housecleaning services. Regularly scheduled every 2 weeks. Various 2 person teams who spend between 1.25 and 1.75 hours vacuuming, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, etc. Depending on the team you get, the service varies in attention to detail. A few items to be aware of; watch the high dusting, they sometimes forget to use their step stool. Similarly, if you have high blinds, then only dust what they can reach (most of the team are under 5'5"). Calls to management yield promises of correction however the team members deny receiving any special instructions. Double check them regularly and put away any fragile items. At least one of the team members will speak English although I suspect they all understand more then they let on. Val, the franchisee, wants them to do a good job, however in 4 years, I've never seen a quality check of their work or attendance check by management.
