Great company. Office staff was patient and answered all of my questions. They were a little late, but professional and I would use them again.

Team showed up within time promised. Went straight to work. The team supervisor took a video of the work & inspection (This way the home-owner does not have to climb roof, this is great for those who prefer not to climb a ladder to their roofs). The leak source was pointed out and the repair that was made was shown. Rood given an "OK" grade. All in all the guys were very professional, courteous and friendly. I would not hesitate to call Mac Roofing again and I commend them for a job well done.

Apparently a micro-burst ripped tiles from roof scattering them all over. Contacted Jim Bishop and he came out, gave what I thought was a fair estimate and about 10 days later a crew showed up and did the work in one day. We were out of town when the work was done but the repairs looked OK. I asked Jim to come out and do an inspection before final payment. He climbed on the roof and took pictures to show the completed repairs. Looks just like the day the house was built. This this the second time I have used Mac's Roofing and worked with Jim Bishop. Can't say enough good things about Jim and the company. I am a very satisfied customer.

I bought my home in December, 2011. I had a home inspection prior to close of escrow and was told there were several cracked tiles on the roof. MAC roofing inspected it and said it was in very good shape. I had a very slight liak around my gas furnace chimney and Jim said he sealed it. The people that I dealt with were friendly and courteous. (Cynthia and Jim.) I would use MAC Roofing again.

It worked out fine for me. I didn’t have a problem with it. My neighbor who used them had a bad experience with them. My impressions were very good. The work was good. I was quite pleased. I had no problems with them. I think the price was very fair for the work they did.

They did a good job. They took pictures of my roof to show me what condition it was in. They caulked around sky lights, and checked my back patio roof for damage. They showed me the photos to confirm that what they told me was visually accurate. They did not try to charge me for work that did not need to be done. They really know what they are doing.

MAC Roofing performed a general maintenance survey of our home's roof looking for potential problems. During the survey a problem was found and fixed (at no additional cost). I could not happier with the professionalism and service provided by MAC Roofing Service. They treated us a friends rather than customers which is a very refreshing approach to business. I would not hesitate to refer this company to my friends and relatives.

Work was performed in a very timely manner and service rendered was perfect.

I called them to get a quote to repair a few broken tiles on my roof. They were amazing and very professional. I didn't end up needing the work to be done as I was selling it and the new buyers took the cost. I will definitely recommend to anyone and will use them in the future!

They gave me too late of an appointment and it wouldn't work out for me.

I had some missing tiles from my 20 year old roof and using the saved extra roof tiles, the missing roof tiles were all replaced.

Jim the owner came to my house, he did a complete inspection of the roof. Jim took photos of the roof, then showed me the photos he took and explain there was a broken tile. My husband and I suspected there was a broken tile through the years. Also we had some loose tiles. Cynthia the Office Manager called me so we can set up an appt. She was very professional and very nice. On May 2, 2013 I had an appt. at 7:30 am. The 2 guys that came over were very punctual and very nice. I am sorry I don't remember the names. They replace my broken tile and secured all the loose tiles. I would use their service again.

Even though its only 90 bucks for the estimate it it's a lot of money if you don't have it and need an estimate and if you use them you get that off but if you don't your out that money.

Called Jay at MAC and set up an appointment for him to inspect the roof for a leak on a newly purchased home. What he found was numerous broken tile, flashing issues and worn flat decks. Jay took pictures until he ran out of batteries. Needless to say, there were issues with my roof. Jay sent me a professionally prepared proposal to repair my roof. It contained pictures of the damage and outlined the solution to fix the problems. It also contained a 30 day validity date. As it was, personal issues prevented me from responding within the 30 day period. I contacted Jay 60 days after and he stood by his proposal. That is customer service. The roof was repaired in a professional manner and the work and materials are guaranteed. Afterwards, I received a "Thank You" note from the MAC Roofing Team. When was the last time you received a thank you note from a contractor?

They didn't over charge or make a big deal about it.

The entire experience was a nightmare from the beginning and continues. The initial crew was extremely sloppy, would not cover our pool, cypresses, etc and therefore left a layer of foam overspray. The roof work was also very sloppy and incomplete with areas that were not sprayed, the perimeter of the roof was not sprayed in many areas, coating around chimney, A/C was insufficient, etc., etc. MAC Roofing was contacted within two days and repairs were made. By November 2006, the roof was leaking again in several locations and damaged our ceilings in two rooms. Although I requested to speak with Charles Kruse, the owner, I was told by Jackie that Mr. Kruse did not come to the office much and she had Billy, the Project Manager contact me. Told him also that I want to speak with Mr. Kruse and he replied that owner did not take appointments and I had to deal with him - very arrogant and unprofessional. After a male relative who is in the construction industry contacted Billy, his attitude changed considerably during their meeting and he agreed to cut the roof foam back 8" and respray as well as foam up around the skylights and A/C duct,etc . The work was performed but a considerable mess was left behind again: Plastic was hanging from the roof down the side of the home and a layer of foam again covered the pool, etc. After several calls, someone arrived to clear the plastic, etc. but we were again left to deal with the pool, etc. By October 2008, the foam had again separated from the edges, cracks in the foam in several areas, etc. Calls to MAC Roofing were not returned and based upon the past hazzles and excuses, a complaint had to be filed with the NV State Contractor's Board. Don Wilson, Project Manager, met with our relative in the construction industry and they agreed on the required repairs. Their excuse this time was that the Project Manager was addicted to drugs and no longer with them. Repairs were performed and the warranty was extended for 5 years (until October 28, 2013). In October 2012, I contacted MAC Roofing via certified mail and received the signed return receipt, and informed them that the white coating on the flat roof (they had repaired in 2008) had failed again and required action. To this date, we have not received any response from MAC roofing. There are many excuses, frustrations, etc. we experienced that are not mentioned here. In summary, MAC Roofing performed extremely substandard work and does not stand behind its work or warranties.

It all went according to what they promised. And it didn't take any more than an hour.

He arrived by himself dressed up and not ready to work. He was punctual and courteous. He only spent ten minutes at my home for the job. He repeatedly told me that I have one of the best roofs that he has ever seen. He did replace a broken tile and sent me some photographs via email. I wouldn’t again as I feel that I didn’t receive my monies worth.

Everything went very well; service was on time and professional. I showed Jim a spot inside my house where paint had peeled on my ceiling, fully expecting to be told of some problem on the roof in that area that needed repairs. To my (and his) surprise, he said no repairs were needed in that area. So obviously they were being honest, and not just making up an excuse to do further work beyond the scope of the "deal." The service includes a report e-mailed to you afterwards, with "before and after" photos to show the work that they did. Very pleased.

The work was fine! We are very happy with the work.

They did a good job! They did find some cracked tiles and took photos of them. I will be hiring them for the repair.

Jim Bishop and the crew with him were fabulous! They were prompt, efficient and pleasant. Jim told me what they would be doing and that he would be taking before & after pictures. They removed debris from the roof as promised and secured quite a few loose roof tiles. Jim showed me the pictures, and then emailed them to me, which showed how many loose roof tiles I had due to the wind. They also said that they would have to replace three roof tiles and that a workman would have to come another day to do that. When I asked Jim how much extra that would be, he said that they would replace up to three at no additional charge and that replacing the tiles and the additional service visit were included. I highly recommend this company, as they were prompt, professional and ethical in not trying to gouge the customer!

Jim Bishop came out and looked at the roof. I have had a lot of water damage because of problems with the flashing (?) around the chimney. He identified the problem and explained it with photos. I got a quote for the repairs that included salvaging some of my existing tiles that I signed. Overall happy.

Excellent company! Superior customer service and follow through. Very efficient work and inspection performed. Great office and inspection/roof services staff! Most definitely should use MAC Roofing Services for any roof related issue!
