These people did our roof ten years ago. Now leaking and Mac will not even show up to do a bid. Had I known ten years ago what they were about I never would have hired them the first time. I could not even get them to return my phone calls. My guess is that they new the job was not done properly ten years ago and now they have been found out.

Corey, the sales person, arrived on time and gave excellent input. He was able to give a quote immediately. I paid my 50% deposit on 2/20/18. However as they were very busy they could only give me a tentative install date for the last week of March. The last week of March arrived and since I had not heard from anyone I called them. I was given another tentative install date of 4/2. Since again I had not heard from their scheduling department I called them on Friday before 4/2. The office was closed. I left a message that no one had contacted me so I assumed Monday had been cancelled and would someone please call me and confirm. Monday morning at 6:15 AM I received a call from their scheduler who said the crew was on their way. Again no notice! Crew arrived and went right to work. The work crew was excellent, professional and courteous. The next day the crew was to come out again and complete the install. So 7 AM arrived but no crew. Again I had to call and find out what was up as no one had called me! It turned out it was too windy so they had to reschedule. AGAIN I was never contacted. Wednesday the crew arrived and completed the job. The actual work crew was great! However their scheduler was awful. When I asked if I could please get a one hour call before the crew would arrive since no actual arrival time was given, I was told that was impossible!! This is a rental unit with elderly renters so drive time for me was about 45 minutes. I was unable to properly notify my renters or my neighbors of when the work was being performed. All I can say is good luck if you choose this vendor. The work crew was great but scheduling was horrible. All it would have taken was a courtesy phone call and communication to keep me informed of what was going on. That did NOT happen. Now I will wait for the first heavy rain to see if the roof is good.

The work was done very professionally and the workers were very contentious about their work. They cleaned up the area very well and didn't leave anything or a mess behind.

On March 08, 2017, Jim Bishop went to my home to get an estimate for my shingle replacement (some shingles are missing). After looking around for about a minute or so, he immediately recommended me to get a re-roof done. He also said that he will send me an estimate via email (which he did), so I tried to get more information about my roof or what are the procedures on getting it fixed. I told him that when I bought the house 3 years ago, the previous owner fixed the roof (which the previous owner fixed the portion of it). Then, he decided to get up on the roof and look around. The problem is he gave me an estimate without even measuring my roof. Now I am wondering where did he based his estimation from? since he did not use any measuring device. If you get estimates from 3-4 roofers, you would realized that the prices are not sign I need to also tell you that there were 2 more roofers that gave me estimates for my roof. They went to the roof with no problem carrying measuring devices, and took their time to get an accurate measurements. They also told me what needed to be done and what the procedures are. I also paid 85$ to just told me that I need a re-roof and left. He said that I am going to receive an invoice for my payment through mail, which I am still waiting. This was the worst customer service I have receive in my entire life.

Cory came to inspect. He assured me he would have an estimate for me by the next morning. Well it's been a week and a half and still no estimate or call back. would not recommend since they are not interested in your business.

Our July and August power usage was 19 % lower this past summer than the previous summer and the 7 roof leaks we had are gone. This exactly what we paid for. More than anything, the crew worked efficiently and the property cleaner after they left than when they started. Very impressive on all levels.

The company rep came and provided a bid which I considered fair. Service was provided on the appointed day and went well. Las Vegas just experienced a significant rain storm, not common for the desert, and we had no leaks! Job Well Done!

I hate to give the company an F for a simple reason. They did not respond to online quote request. It could be a simple oversight, but it's poor business practice to offer an online service with no followup.

I bought a deal with them where they repaired my shingles and sealed different areas on the roof. Well about 9-11 months later my roof leaked around my skylight, an area they sealed. They came back out and gave me an estimate and told me that it was leaking through my skylight. I said you came out and sealed my roof, including that area, but now you are telling me the seal is old and needs to be re-sealed. Basically I couldn't get a response out of them after that and I dropped it because why would I want someone to come out fix a job that they allegedly already did? A job that they actually did poorly or badly. Again according to the rep they sent out the second time the seal was old. This is update is in regards to the response, which I missed until now. The only problem with the skylight was that it leaked around the sealed area, which I paid for you to re-seal. Seems like you did a terrible job at re-sealing. I did not need a new skylight, the company that came out re-sealed it the border and it was fine. But, thanks for your response. It solidifies my F review Chuck.

I would use them again. There were no additional costs.

They were no additional costs beyond the price of the deal. The technician came out and completed the inspection. He said there was no work that needed to be done.

I bought a "deal" through Angie's List. They inspected my roof, made recommendations, and said they would send me an estimate for repairing my patio roof. Never saw the estimate. I have been hounded for a year by Angie's List to review them.

They cleaned out debris from our roof and inspected everything. We had 2-3 cracked tiles that they also replaced. The person did not have matching tiles on the first trip, so they came back to replace those tiles at no charge! This was a fantastic deal and fantastic service, particularly because other providers I found on Angie's List quoted me around $400. They were easy to schedule, and promptly returned my phone calls. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and use them again myself.

They came out in a timely manner, and were efficient in doing the inspection and maintenance as per the deal we bought. There was some evidence in the house of a previous leak. I told the supervisor, Jim Bishop, about the leak he looked at the site. They did a bit of extra work there. He felt the work the crew did for the maintenance would be sufficient to repair the leak. We also had several missing tiles. He told me he would get me a price to repair the tiles and let me know of anything else they found during the inspection. A few weeks go by. I had to call the office several times to inquire about the results of the inspection and estimates for any repairs needed. The office staff was very friendly but still no response from the supervisor who promised the information. Finally he sends me an estimate for tile replacement but no other comments on roof condition or the inspection itself. I could not tell if that meant they did not find anything else needing attention or they just forgot to forward the report. Then in November there was a big storm. Water started running down the family room wall. This was close to the site of the previous leak but not exactly. I called the company once again. He said " oh ya what we did must not have worked we just did it as a courtesy anyway" I asked could he come out and inspect it again so we could get an accurate picture of what was needed. He said " I do not need to come out I remember that roof" He then sent me an estimate for $895 for the repair. I did not have confidence in his hasty assessment of the situation. I was disappointed in the lack of an inspection report which is something we paid for. I am now getting bids for the roof repair form other companies.

the one issue we wanted addressed (water leak where patio cover met the roof) was supposedly fixed but next time it rained it still leaked we called and were told it wasn't the roof but the patio cover and not their responsibilty. so we paid $229 to have a little caulking done

The technical adviser Cory was great in explaining what exactly they were going to do. They removed the old treatment (which had basically melted to dust) and replaced it with a new treatment. We had a slight issues with scheduling. We had an appointment and they unilaterally changed it without notifying me before. We did get the issue sorted out however.

I was very satisfied with them. I did not spend a penny more than what I had purchased the big deal for. The workmen that came out here did not know about doing a little bit of cleanup on the roof but as soon as I reminded them of it, they went up and took care of it. They did an excellent job. They had to reschedule on the time because it was that time of the year when everybody was getting it done and they could not get me in for one day that they said but they came out the next day and took care of it. It was an excellent experience.

I spoke with Jim Bishop personally and told him I needed an estimate for my cement tile roof that leaked during the recent rain storms. We set December 10 at 2:00 pm as an appointment. Jim did not call or show at the appointed time. I called his office at around 4:00 pm to ask if he had forgotten or if he was running behind. The lady answering the phone put me on hold and a few minutes later told me "I don't know where he is. I can't find him, but I will have him return your call today." Of course, Jim never returned my call. I received a message the next day (December 11) asking me to call the office. I did as requested and was informed that very recently MAC Roofing has "a new policy of not repairing cement tile roofs." I explained to her that I had spoken directly with Jim Bishop when the appointment was made and clearly stated that my roof was a flat cement tile roof. She then told me that this policy was very recent, and they called everyone with a similar roof to cancel their appointments and I must have "fallen through the cracks." I told her that Jim was given (supposedly) a message to call me the day before and had he done so, he could have told me directly of the "new policy." I then said that this conduct was not only unprofessional but inconsiderate, as I waited at home for a full afternoon for my appointment. At that point she really did not want to talk further. Some roofers are responsible and reputable and others, such as MAC Roofing, has a well-deserved reputation for being less than honorable.

When we got no call by Wed 12/4/13 my husband called the office and spoke to the secretary who told us she would have Jim call us. On Fri 12/6/13 we called again only to be told by Jim that as of Mon 12/2/13 because of new OSHA regulations, they will no longer be doing tile or shingle residential roofs. When my husband asked he why they didn't call us to let us know he said "You slipped through the cracks" When my husband asked if they would refer us to someone on our side of town to do the job, the response was "Not that I would recommend"

I called the company three times to schedule an appointment. Yesterday the nice lady on the phone assured me that Jim would call me by the end of the day. Well, I got no phone call. Very unprofessional, and clearly they don't care about how they treat their customers. There are too many other roofing companies in town to be wasting your time with these clowns.

I called to set up an appointment to have an estimate for my roof. However, the first time he was suppose to come out he was stuck on another job and had to reschedule. When he finally came over to look at it, he said that I needed a new roof and there was no way to fix the hole in the roof, then charged me $233.00 for that answer and left. I am sorry but no one should be charged that amount of money, in this economy , just to look at the roof and tell me I need a new roof. If he did something to at least try to help cover the small hole temporarily, I could understand but not to give a quote for a new roof which by most accounts, most people give free estimates in order to get a job. So I do not recommend for these people to come out just to charge you a fee for looking at it and nothing else. I do not recommend this company unless you want to give your money away!

Right after I took the deal Cynthia got back to me. We set the appointment up. The gentlemen showed up as scheduled and got right to work. Very professional and courteous. Checked roof for broken, loose, or damaged tiles, made sure caulking was still good around any openings and for any roof damage from leaks and found the roof in excellent condition. Nothing was need at that time. If something happens I would not hesitate to call Mac Roofing Service to fix my problem.

It went well. The supervisor came and introduced himself. The workers came. I saw two men and himself and he made sure they did what they needed to do. I was pleased.
