Description of Work: When I called to schedule I was informed that the deal included a limited amount of windows. Also, there wasn't much flexibility with scheduling. I can't speak to punctuality and professionalism because I was at work when they provided the service. The whole experience felt very rushed and sort of like 'next in line' type of service. I suppose this is what was necessary so they could profit from the ridiculously low price.

Description of Work: The company was quick to reply to my message. The man was ever so polite and personable...easy to talk to. The other man who came to my house was delightful,.of cleaning all the windows outside and agreed to finish the largest window inside which had four panes and cost an additional $8.00. He also said the company would be happy to work out a service agreement to clean all the glas surfaces on the inside of my house. I am looking forward to calling them back.

Description of Work: I have a one story home in Summerlin. I had a coupon, called for an appointment. They were here within a week at the time specified. The gentleman doing the work, was very nice and polite. It only took about a half hour to do all the windows on the exterior of the house. I was very pleased.
