LOOKING GLASS WINDOW CLEANERS

I bought an Angie's List deal in April hoping to have my windows cleaned before an event at my home, but they could not accommodate me until June. They do a very thorough job and are quick when they do the work. I just need to plan better.

Looking Glass is wonderful! From the front office to the man they sent to do the cleaning, they were so nice and so professional. My windows look great! I will definitely use Looking Glass in the future!

The guy was absolutely fantastic. He was fast, he was helpful, he did everything I asked him to do, and he gave me pointers.

When they came out my little tiny windows were added up to I can not believe what. I only have 8 or 9 windows and they did not clean the inside of them. If I wanted them to clean the inside they would have double or tripled the price. They broke two of my screens. They were here earlier and I could not be home in time.

The did an excellent job! From the point of initial contact, obtaining an estimate, to installation and removal, this company was professional, courteous, on-time, and far superior to any other company in town (we've tried them all). I highly recommend them for all of your holiday lighting needs.

It went very well. They were very punctual. They were very careful when working the inside of the house, brushed the window seals to make sure nothing spilled on to the floor. I was particularly impressed with the solar screens, that they did not just hose them down, but washed them by hand and let them air dry before they reinstalled them. I have had several companies clean my windows and this is by far the best window cleaning company I have ever used.

Looking Glass from start to finish were professional, competent and helpful. Billie was so helpful and patient with me, a new customer who did not know where to start, she explained all the options and cost for each. The scheduling was easy and i was impressed that they got enough information about the job to be sure there was enough time to do it well. Abraham was great he knew his job well and took pride in his work. I really appreciated that he cleaned the frames of the windows and the doors. He did a great job on solar screens that had not been professionally cleaned in 10 years! Wow they look like new screens. So thanks to all at Looking Glass. I plan to get the screens and windows done again next year.

I purchased an Angie's List coupon for services and contacted the business through the Angie's List portal. I was able to schedule my preferred date for service. My coupon was for 25 window panes and I had to pay $2 per additional pane. I had 70 panes of glass total on a two-story house. There was a $10 ladder fee as well. The worker showed up on time and gave me an estimate for the time it would take as well as reviewed the previously agreed upon pricing then began to work. For 70 panes, it took him about 2 hours to get the job done. I think it would have take me 2 weeks to clean my windows myself. The worker was very meticulous and respectful of my property. I even noted he used a paint brush to brush the dust and dirt from the sills. I was very pleased with their professionalism and would hire them again, even without the coupon.

I was really impressed with how clean my windows got. One window had egg on it from Halloween( so long ago) and it was spotless when they finished.I would definitely use them again.

This crew was as professional as it gets. They were punctual with a call 30 minutes before they arrived. They were very nice, clean and didn't disturb the inside of the house around the windows where the shutters were. They wore shoe covers in the house and kept everything in and around the windows immaculate. The windows and screens were sparkling clean. They did a really great job. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a true professional team to clean their windows.

They were great! The guy who cleaned them did a great job, he was very quick and efficient. The prices were too high, but the work went good.

They arrive earlier than expected which was a pleasant surprise. There were two people who did the entire window cleaning themselves. They were efficient, tidy, and very pleasant. They even did my garage door windows! I would highly recommend this company for your window cleaning.

Vendor showed up on time and did a remarkable job on the windows. As mentioned above, the windows looked like they had not been cleaned since the house was built 10 years earlier. There were no streaks and even the corners near the sills were clean. Considering making this an annual affair and would definitely use this vendor again.

They did okay. They were fine. They just did the regular wash of the outside windows.

They are very good at what they do. I have them do both interior and exterior window cleaning and they also wash the screens. I have been using their services for about 5 years and have not had any issues. The worker who comes out is very nice to work with. I see no room for improvements.

The appointment went fine. He showed up when he said he would. He washed all the windows he said he would for the price. It turned out great. They cleaned the windows and all around the outside of the windows. They also cleaned off the screens. The service was absolutely as represented. They were very punctual and very good. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
