They pointed out trouble spots for me and also cleaned the interior garage door windows, which my previous window cleaner had not done. I received a couple of bids for this work and this firm was the least expensive. I would recommend them.

+ -1 moreIt went very well and all windows were completed with no difficulty including the hard to reach chandelier and window. I have a free-standing townhouse with lots of little windows. In addition to the windows, the provider did an excellent job of cleaning the window wells.

+ 0 moreLooking Glass personnel came on the scheduled day while we were at work. When we came home, the windows were clean. Looking Glass mailed a bill for the service. Looking Glass likes to schedule quarterly (or more often) exterior cleaning, with once or twice-yearly interior and exterior cleaning, including screens. They usually call 1 - 2 days in advance to let you know they are coming. We don't give out keys to our home to service providers, so we have to schedule the interior cleaning when we are home, which isn't a problem for Looking Glass. The interior-exterior-screens cleaning costs us $200. Note: Because we have iron-works on our downstairs, the sliding door to the backyard doesn't get cleaned as well as the other windows, but Looking Glass is the only company we've tried that has actually attempted to clean it. I rated price as N/A because I have used Looking Glass for a long time, and I haven't tried any other window cleaning service for comparison.
Description of Work: Exterior window cleaning for 5 bedroom 3 bath, two-story house. Many of our windows are over-sized.

They will also do the screens and inside of the windows for an extra fee if requested. I've been very pleased with the service I've received from them and will continue to use them as my window cleaners.
