They were quick, efficient and my windows sparkled! Definitely would use again.

I have a lot of plants so gave detailed instructions about avoiding damaging them. They were pretty good at that but I guess it is impossible to avoid them altogether.

The person I spoke with on the phone was very nice and professional. We set a time for 1200, but the worker that was sent out arrived at 10:00 am. That might not be a problem to some, but for a night worker, that was waaaay too early. The worker also did not speak English, so we did a lot of pointing and head nodding. And he left streaks.

The office initially failed to return my call, but a second try corrected the mistake and scheduled an appointment, which was kept on time by a courteous and efficient technician. Very good job. I would use this service again and recommend it to friends too.

He came exactly on time, looked at the overall job, let my dogs say hello to him (for my benefit so they would not bark during the job) and worked at a fast, yet thorough, pace. He explained how many extra windows there would be and the charges for them. He put everything ack in its place. He seemed very trustworthy and just a really nice man.

The man who cleaned the windows was very pleasant and very thorough in his work. The company called us a few days before the appointment as a reminder, which was helpful. Other than the fact that the company never returned my initial call to claim our coupon (I had to call back to reach them and schedule the date), this was a positive experience.

This company did a very thorough and professional job of cleaning our windows. The windows were sparkling clean and streak free. The serviceman who did the job washed every window twice. Other companies we have hired never got the windows streak free but they never washed the windows twice either. This company was also the most reasonably priced. We will definitely use them again.

Work seemed to go well, but they charged to remove solar screens and charged for additional windows. While the window cleaning was satisfactory, my prior window cleaner cleaned the solar screens and windows for the same price.

I was given a quote over the phone based on the size of my single story home (convenient for an out-of state homeowner), 2300 sq. ft. for $165.00. The window cleaner arriver on time and did a good job. This being my first experience in hiring a window cleaner, I felt he did a nice job.

Looking Glass returned my call promptly to provide an estimate, provided a courtesy call to let me know they were on their way, then showed up at the appointed time looking neat and professional. Abraham got right to work and was very careful not to damage anything. He completed 20 windows in around 45 minutes, and they look great. I would recommend Looking Glass without reservation, and will be using them in the future.

Alejandro arrived in the time scheduled, quickly washed and dried all windows. He cleaned the screens and reinstalled them. All in one hour rather than the expected two. The windows and screens are so clean I actually had to ask him if the screens were back on the windows! They were of course but the windows and screens were so clear I just couldn't tell.

The window cleaner (Abraham) arrived on time and went right to work. He cleand approximately 22 second story windows, no streaks or window cleaning solution spills. A fine window cleaning was provided and would not hesitate to hire again.
