The cleaner did a very good job of cleaning the windows. He arrived early, finished quickly and I was satisfied. Marty the owner was very quick to contact me and arrange an appointment.

Great. I have used Marty's service 2 times a year for 5 years. Abraham seems fearless about heights but is careful and meticulous. We are very lucky to have such efficient, reliable help.

We have used this company one other time, and we were delighted with sparkling windows upstairs and downstairs. This time we asked for screen cleaning, also. Two workers arrived on time and were very courteous and efficient. They did the same great work as they did previously. We intend to call them again next spring. We highly recommend this company.

Did a very nice job cleaning all of our homes two dozen windows and six screens. Showed up right on time, and took around three hours to complete the job. Would definitely use Looking Glass again.

The person who did the work was on time and when right to work. When he was done, the windows looked much better than they had before but there were some smudges. It was not made clear to when I purchased the service that this was only for the inside.

The work was okay. It was a little confusing where their pricing was based on a certain amount of windows. I called them to inquire about the costs. I provided them with an approximate amount of windows. When they arrived, they provided an invoice with the approximate number I had provided them when I actually had less windows. The work was okay. However, I suggest they wait to provide an invoice until they complete the work.

Back in November, 2012 I had Looking Glass Window Cleaners clean all the windows on my house. I was very satisfied with their work. A couple weeks ago, my solar screen came loose and was hanging on by just a few clasps. I didn't know what to do as my husband is overseas and I don't have a ladder that reaches that high. I knew with the next windy day, the solar screen would be gone. I called Looking Glass Window Cleaners because they were the only ones I knew that had a tall ladder. Not only did they respond the same day, they did the task for free! It is so nice to know a company with excellent customer service. Would recommend to anybody, anytime. Thanks again Looking Glass!!

Arranging the appointment was easy and Marty, who is one of the owners, answered the phone and made the appointment. One man was dispatched out to do the work and I was very disappointed with the quality of work. Some of the windows on the second floor were streaked and one doesn't even look like it was cleaned at all. We were very disapponted in the quality of the work. This was definitely not worth what we paid and I would not recommend or use this company again.

This is a home on Black Mountain recently purchased which has a great view of the valley. Unfortunately it looked as though the windows hadn't been cleaned in many, many years. The gentleman scraped the windows first, wiped off the residue, scrubbed them with a cleaner then squeeged off the liquid. Following that he wiped all the edges & corners with a cloth. I opted to have the solar screens cleaned and he did a beautiful job on those as well. I'm really glad now that the previous owner had not cleaned the windows as I think the cost of the home might have been higher as the view I now enjoy is magnificent! This was well worth every penny and I intend to use Looking Glass Window Cleaners as often as necessary in the future. They were professional, courteous & patient (I made several calls to them). I highly recommend them.

I saw the special offer. I called them. They called me back. We talked about the number of windows and glass doors on my home and whether the home was single or two story. We agreed on a date and how to pay them. They showed up that day, as scheduled, while my wife and I were at work. When we got home, the work was done.

They were great overall! They were prompt and called to confirm the appointment. Their personality was nice, too. They did a great job with the cleaning.

Company would have received a stellar recommendation with this exception. The voucher I bought through Big Deal on Angies list gave me 25 windows and clearly states each additional pane was $2. When I called to make an appt they asked me my sq ftg and based on the sqare footage they estimated how many windows I my house had and said I would owe $70 upon arrival. Once I hung up the phone i counted the windown and there were 45....so I would only owe an additional $40, not $70. When they called to confirm appt I did clarify that however when the worker got there to do the windows he still tried to collect $70 from me...up front. I reiterated the number of windows and he said he'd check. It took one person in/out, 2 hrs. In the end, I paid $45 for the deal and $40 additional. Next time I will give another company an opportunity to get my on going business. No bad feelings...just need to be able to trust who I'm doing business with and that
