Showed up on time and got the job done.

It went great she was early, quoted us a great deal and more services than we expected to get for the price. This is the second time we have used Lilly and we try to give her name anytime anyone asks because she goes above and beyond every time!

This was the second time I used these cleaners - and the last. After they showed up, they informed me that they would only do 2 of my 3 bathrooms (the first time they did all 3) and also said they would only work for 2 hours (because there were 2 workers). The second bit of information I already knew so that was not a surprise. After they left, I found out that they didn't touch the laundry room (as well). Overall, the floor was so bad, I had to re mop the entire tiled part of the house (which accounted for 75% of the house). I didn't even call to complain since they gave me the impression that they would be furious and indignant if I questioned their work.

Although Lilly had a bit of issue with scheduling. Two maids showed up at the wrong time. She also did not designate the pricing as it was four hours of cleaning but she told me by way of text that that is two hours per maid--that is, two house cleaners for two hours for a total of two hours. I've had Lilly clean my home in the past and they did a good job. My only complaint was they swept dust and debris (small but noticeable) out through front door to front yard but and left it there. Though small, it still counts and attention to details gets an A in my book.

Had family members watching house while we were on vacation and wanted to come home to a clean house. I have 2 cats to which i'm allergic to need things kept clean or I have bad allergy problems. Everything was fine. No problems.

Two Ladies showed up and did an expectedly job which took around 4 hours. It was a thorough once over and the cleaning aids they used smelled great, too.

They did a great job! I've never seen my house so clean.

Service was timely, friendly, and they did exactly what the deal said they would do. My house is nice and clean... especially bathrooms and appliances!!

The service went fine. They did exactly what the deal stated. Three people came out for the service including the owner. They completed the job in 3-4 hours and brought their own cleaning supplies. The staff did a fine job and are coming back out in a few weeks. I had no problem contacting the company or scheduling the service.

It went fine. Scheduling was easy. They sent two housecleaners and they cleaned for about two hours. They did a good job and were professional. They told me that it was only for six hours, not until they were done, so they didn’t get to the oven without going over the max time. They were very pleasant. They ran over a charging cord and they replaced it without a hassle. The Deal should reflect that it’s six hours.

House was spotless. They dusted furniture, window frames, floors immaculate, bathrooms spotless. We came home to a very clean home. Thank You

Prompt arrival of owner and one additional housekeeper who told me the deal was for two housekeepers for three hours. The deal stated it was to clean entire house no matter how long it took. Once I explained, she was ok with that. I hesitate to write this because the owner, Lily was so sweet. She is very pleasant, kind, hard-working for sure. They ended up staying for about 5 hours and so I know they definitely put in the time. I can only say that the technique or proper cleaning products must have been lacking. The house is definitely a little cleaner than it was before but several things were done halfway. The small stereo console wasn't lifted so that the shelf underneath could be dusted, a lot of the baseboard was just sort of cleaned. When I mentioned at the end of the job that the ceiling fans hadn't been done (specifically mentioned in the deal I bought), she said she wasn't going to do it this time but would do it next time. (That was the moment that I decided for sure not to have them back.) In addition, I paid an extra 20 for my extra very small half bath. I didn't mind this until I noticed today that the job they did in one of the other baths was so shoddy. They didn't clean the floor under or around the bathtub (it's a claw foot that doesn't sit on the ground). There are also several other areas they missed. Again, I think she has good intentions and they put in the time but it wasn't even worth the deal price, for sure not worth the price she quoted going forward. Super nice lady, mediocre work. ** Update... after more carefully reviewing the work, I have to downgrade my review even more. I realize that the kitchen area wasn't dusted and all the windows weren't cleaned... even though I paid extra for this service. My house is only 2200 sq ft and the deal was for a house up to 3000. I feel ripped off.

1. I told them at the beginning that I am 80 yrs. Old, have had cancer twice in the last 5 years, and cannot do my floors. Gave them my special cleaner for the Armstrong Tile floors (kitchen, two 10?x3? hallways, two bathrooms, and approximately 12 feet at one of the diningroom and 15?x3? into my husband?s office. It was used on the kitchen, however, they only dry-mopped the rest and did not get under the cabinet in one hall (on 3 inch legs) nor the chairs on either side of it. . I mopped after they left. They cleaned the window sills in all rooms except the Master Bedroom. They did NOT clean the ceiling fans in any of the rooms (dining room, guest room, family room, master bedroom) As for ?high dusting?, I gave them a feather duster to use as we have floor to ceiling books and floor to ceiling model trains in the family room. I called them back for the baseboards in the guest bathroom. In short, they were not up to Angie?s standards in any way except they were pleasant and I told them when they left that I would NOT recommend their service. Routine cleaning? Maybe, But this was sold as ?deep cleaning?.

I scheduled time for a house deep cleaning for a total of 4 hours with 2 team members. Scheduling was quick, easy and accommodating to my schedule. They cleaning crew showed up on time and started cleaning when they arrived. They were friendly and courteous. They did a great job cleaning.

I purchased the deal on Angie's List for deep cleaning. They worked for 4 hours on our home and did a good job. My only concern was that they ran 30 minutes late, but they texted to inform us.

It went perfect! They sent out four individuals for the job.

They showed up nearly 2 hours late. I got off work early for this appt. The day after they cleaned I went in to my shower and noticed a dulling of my granite around the faucet handle cover. I initially thought it was just a residue from cleaning products. I washed with soapy water and then noticed it further on two of the walls in the shower. You can see spray marks like they sprayed cleaner on the shower door metal. The shiny finish is gone in those three ares of the shower walls. Then on the counter there is another place where I am guessing the same rag was sat down because the counter is now ruined. I am just sick about the whole thing. I called an expert and upon inspection he said he knows no way to fix it. Looking at my built in microwave I see fine scratches covering the whole outside.These cannot be removed. It is plastic. This was my very first and last use of a housecleaning service. I cannot trust anyone now. Lily did correspond with me initially and then nothing.

We used them through a big deal on Angie's List. We were very satisfied. They were very thorough. They did a good job. They completed everything that they said they were going to complete.

I felt alot was overlooked. The crew was very nice and the owner was working with them. I think a third cleaning person may have been added at the last minute so this person may have not been up to speed. Readers of this review may want to give them a second chance.

I bought this as a gift for my mother. They did a good job. The floors were clean and that’s what I needed the most. There were two people that came for two hours. They showed up on time and they were nice. The price was fair for the work.

The provider did an adequate house cleaning job. The four hour cleaning was for two people working two hours. Scheduling was not a problem, but at my house I was told I would need another hour of service to complete the house cleaning. I had purchased a "Big Deal" for $99 and the extra $30 made the price about what I could have paid outside of Angie's List so that was a bit disappointed. The cleaning was adequate but some details were missed (such as light switches) but overall they did a fine job of vacuuming and cleaning surface.

I was extremely pleased with the results. The two girls were very professional and efficient. They worked the entire 4 + hours cleaning from top to bottom. My house needed a deep cleaning and they provided exactly that. I would highly recommend Lilly'z Housekeeping service, my home looks great!! Thank You......

Master bathroom was cleaned, along with vacuuming the M/bd and hallway. The downstairs guest bath room was poorly cleaned. I should have inspected the areas for cleanliness, however, this isn't brain surgery. Speaking of surgery, my wife had knee surgery, so she was unable to inspect the areas. "My FAULT". I must mention that Lilly, the owner, returned my call and said she could send a lady to clean the room or give me a discount on the next cleaning, I chose the latter. It was nice that she returned my call. I

They did a very good job. Very happy with her service and will recommend her and use her services again.

We contacted them via email and indicated we couldn't use their services immediately. I contacted again PRIOR to the end of the 6 month window during which the coupon was valid. I received no response from either a phone call or an email. I have, to this date, never heard from them. Basically, I'm out $100 for a useless coupon. Very, VERY unhappy.
