The owner came over and did the assessment and it was professional but after the cleaners came they seemed to be lost without the owner. They needed someone to delegate.

It was okay. They cleaned it. It was pretty decent. Their show-up time is always off. They say one time and it's normally 45 minutes to an hour difference. They seemed to be the same because I had it priced out. They do a pretty decent job when they're here. Most of the time, their responsiveness is pretty good. They're professional.

1. Late for 1hour 2. Said will be 3people for cleaning and comes out with 2people onlly. 3. Complaint my house is too dirty. 4. Said I lie for the size of my house, compare my house as 4000sqft, and it's 2540sqft. Charge me as 4000 sqft house. 5. Request an invoice for days, never came.

Lilly and her crew came every two weeks never had an issue with them. I always knew the house would be cleaned when I came home. Since I am moving out of the area I had to stop their services, I will miss them.

I was disappointed the crew arrived over an hour late. Additionally, I paid for four hours of service or two hours with two persons but never would I have agreed to less than two hours with three workers. A courtesy call would have been nice to let me know they would be late much less sending so many workers. Two area rugs not vacuumed and dust left under bed. Cleaned shower room great.

It went great. We will use Lilly"z gain.

Not well. They never arrived and kept re-scheduling to not arrive again.

I spoke to the provider she states that I need a new deal and the deal i found was not available for my situation. She did offer to do the service at a higher rate. I declined as the refinishing company provides 2 workers to clean anyway. The provider was very friendly and wanted to continue to service my homes as they have in the past but the deal did not apply. I will use them in the future.

For the initial appointment, someone’s car had broken down and we didn’t learn about that until the day after. They did make up for it by coming out on a Saturday. My experience with them has been fine. There does seem to be some miscommunication with the timing of scheduling appointments. They provide their own products for the work. The cleaners are professional and do a good job. I now have them come out biweekly for routine housecleaning.

The two ladies were very professional and did a great job on what they worked on. However, I only asked for them to clean 3 rooms of my 3000 sq. ft. home and it took 4 hours. That said, they did a fantastic job on my master bathroom shower and the baseboard moldings. The contracted price was a bit deceptive in that they only will work 8 man hours - 2 people for 4 hours. I still think I got my money's worth though. Just don't expect your entire house to get cleaned in one visit!

It was fine. They did a great job. I would recommend them definitely. They did a great job. They're extremely good.

The cleaning ladies arrived 20 to 30 minutes late. Their supervisor did not come with them and they were very young. They did not bring materials with them, they left it in their truck. They ended up walking out and not doing the work at all. I would like a refund.

There were no additional costs. They forgot the appointment that they had made. They made an appointment on Monday and they didn't show. I had to call and ask where they were and they had forgot. They came the next day, but had missed the appointment altogether.

The cleaning was good, not great, I paid 150 to 175 for my last house keeper and had them for almost 8 years and I believe the girls that worked for her were getting a little to comfortable. This company answered and was prompt but wanted to almost double the price from my 1st cleaning and the discount of $169.00 they offered to $300.00 and we negotiated $250.00 and she still wasn't as good after increasing the price. A maid in a hotel doesn't make even close to what this lady is charging to pay he girls and herself as owner, think about it 3 hours divided by $250.00 equals $83.00 dollars an hour divided by 3 again for them is almost $28.00 an hour. My boyfriend who is a construction guy makes less then that an hour and he does hard labor inside and outside and his guys make 20 an hour. PLEASE I am a business women and I won't use them again. I don't believe house keepers are being fair for what they do, and sooner or later company's that will stay in business will be the ones that keep the cost down so you can afford it every week or every 2 weeks.

They did an excellent job. They cleaned everything mirrors, shutters, floors. They did a very nice job. They cleaned under the bed and washed under it too.

It was very good. They always leave the house smelling good and looking good. I really enjoy Lilly. She is excellent, checks up on her employees and make sure they are doing their job.

I admit I was a tad skeptical initially when Lilly indicated an additional charge beyond the Big Deal's $169 before any of the work had even commenced. However, Lilly and her crew did not disappoint. As promised, after the first hour, two additional staff arrived and all these ladies really worked hard. Their attention to detail was much appreciated. Everything I reviewed with Lilly when she first arrived to outline my expectations was done, including a ceiling light and ovens. The deep cleaning promo included everything reflecting a basic whole house cleaning plus shutters, base boards, window sills, shower door tracks, wall decorations and picture frames, light switches, doors and door trim, and ceiling fans. My only recommendations I would offer to this company involves insuring that sliding glass doors are relocked at the conclusion of cleaning tasks (glad I checked) and informing the home owner if an inadvertent mishap should occur. I discovered a couple small light bulbs had broken off their metal stems in the cleaning of the kitchen ceiling fan. Normally this would be no big deal, but having recently undergone two hip transplants, it does present a challenge for me; it would've been convenient to get them changed out with the replacement bulbs I have on hand before the crew left. Would I recommend Lilly's cleaning services to others and would I use them again? Absolutely!

The provider arrived with 2 girls who started the cleaning job. She left and went to pick up another gal to help because it was an "extensive" cleaning that I had purchased. I stayed out of their way by running some errands and working in the garage. When they said they were done, I came back in the home to let them out and noticed that the floorboards by the door were still not clean. I asked them to wipe them down and reminded them that I had purchased an extensive cleaning that was to include floorboards, switchplates, outlet covers, cabinet doors, etc. They assured me that the job was done and left. Upon closer inspection they had cleaned out the inside and outside of all appliances but NOT the floorboards, switchplates, outlet covers, or cabinet doors. I was going in for hip replacement surgery the next week and it was very difficult for me to get down on my knees and finish what they were supposed to do.

I needed to have a full move out cleaning done and I was informed that move out cleaning is not covered under this particular deal

I think the best way to answer this is that we have asked her to come back every two weeks to clean the house.

All in all I'm very happy with this service. I will tell you to be very very careful what you pay for however. I purchased a 3 hour window at $169.00 and when they got here they informed me I needed 3 additional hours. I understood that as I've been pretty sick and haven't been able to clean so I did pay for it and got a best service. I'm going to have them come back if the price is good. I just sort of thought the whole package was a bit on the expensive side.

Everything went fine. There were no issues with the service. This was a move out clean.

They came with about 5 ladies who acted like they had no clue how to speak English or how to clean a house. That's why I hired them to clean my house. They added extra money to the bill at the end like 20 dollars because they said some things weren't included in the deep cleaning price. They were very fast but the quality and the service was very disappointing overall. I would never hire them again or recommend them to anyone.

It worked out really well. I don't remember having any complaints so I am assuming everything went well. I don't recall my wife having a complaint, and I don't remember me having a complaint. They did well. They showed up on time, they did what they needed to do, and did a satisfactory job. I don't recall paying anything extra. I thought that the price was fair. That was probably the reason why I purchased it. If they become available, I will use them again.
