LIA Construction, LLC

I got a quote in February. Put money down to start work, paid for my materials and work hasn't been done yet here it is May. No communication from them on what is going on. Wish I had gone with someone else.

Having remodeled other homes in other locations over the years, I can truthfully say working with Eric Mizrahi at LIA Construction has gone more smoothly and less painlessly than any of the other remodel project we have ever done in the past.  Eric has a great eye for detail and design and is quick to make suggestions that achieve a high-end effect by less expensive means.  He vets his staff carefully, and every single person he has used in our project or recommended for other issues that have cropped up has been knowledgeable, hardworking, punctual, and respectful.  Our living room stone project, in particular, morphed into a much larger project than originally planned with expensive exotic granite, and the results are a spectacular floor-to-ceiling work of art.  Stonemaster Arbey was so meticulous and artistic about placing each part of each slab that it resulted in a true work of art that has exceeded our wildest expectations.  Eric stays on top of everything and is very accommodating, patient, and flexible as smaller related projects crop up along the process.   He also has all kinds of good resources for other needs like housecleaning, duct cleaning, plumbing, electrical work, cabinet makers, etc.  As relative newcomers to Las Vegas, Eric has saved us a lot of time and headache by pointing us in the direction of other service professionals who he has already vetted, and each person he has recommended has turned out to be a winner.   Eric is â good people,â and he uses only â good peopleâ on his projects, and the end result of our project is a beautiful new home.   Thank you, Eric and LIA Construction for a job extremely well done.   Mark Hashemi

We simply cannot recommend LIA Construction (especially Eric Mizrahi) more highly. We have remodeled other homes in other locations over the years, and none of these projects have gone as smoothly or painlessly as has our current remodel in Summerlin under the supervision of Eric Mizrahi. Eric has a great eye for detail and design. He also is quick to make suggestions that achieve the effects we were going for by less expensive means. He vets his staff carefully, and every single person who has shown up to work on our project at his behest from the general helpers to the stone artisans have been knowledgeable, hardworking, punctual, and respectful. Our project included adding stonework to two full fireplace walls as well as upgrading floors, changing cabinet colors, and coordinating modifications to accommodate new kitchen appliances. The living room stone project morphed into a much larger project than originally planned, and the results are a spectacular floor-to-ceiling work of art which we are thrilled to be able to gaze upon each day. Stonemaster Arbey is so meticulous and artistic about how he places each part of each slab so that it makes a cohesive design that we only half-jokingly asked him to sign his work in the lower right corner like an Old Master painting. Lia Construction did a wonderful job on our bathroom remodel. The owner, project manager and office manager were always available if we had questions. We had them completely redo our Master Bath with new walk-in tub, new walk-in shower with tile walls, vanities with marble counter tops and new floors. We could not be happier...

This project was a total kitchen remodel. LIA has the ability to build quality custom cabinets. Our project included demo of the old kitchen and flooring and installation of new cabinets, quartz counter tops, in island, electrical, plumbing modifications and new flooring. From the design phase where you can review all the products right in their show room to the details and issues that arise in a project like this, LIA was right there with solutions and recommendations. The crew was outstanding, knowledgeable, cooperative and professional. We highly recommend LIA and will recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

Everyone at Lia Construction was professional and courteous and on time all the way from the person who answered the phone to the people who did the construction to the foreman to the owner of the company. Lia always answered my phone calls or called me back within a very short period of time. they addressed all my concerns and did wonderful finish work. I would highly recommend this construction company to anyone who is doing a remodel. We thought they were just wonderful.

Installed a walk in shower/steamer/jacuzzi, new electric and plumbing, new flooring and vanity area. Everything turned out great. Very professional and completed quickly. Very happy with finished product.

Had a great experience with LiA construction. Tal was the estimator and coordinator. Was off for two weeks so tried to get it all done in that timeframe but unfortunately that didnâ t happen. They got most of the work done in the two weeks but because I had to go back to work that limited the time for continuing to after work and the weekends. Overall took about a month but wow did they do a good job. Attention to detail is outstanding!

Replaced old tubs with showers in two bathrooms. Replaced sink in one of them. Johnny offered suggestions and actually chose the the tile and shower fixtures - just beautiful. He made sure everything was done the way we wanted it. Beautiful results. The workers were amazing. They were hard working, professional, and very friendly. Frank made some suggestions that made the whole project even better. Excellent team.

Very nice people. A pleasure to work with. They did a wonderful job on our kitchen counter and transformed our master bathroom into a thing of comfort and beauy.

LIA transformed the worst kitchen I've ever had into the best! Old cabinets were replaced with beautiful shelves. A refrigerator was moved to a better location and an island was built for more storage. Cabinets were added and more shelves were added above. It is truly beautiful and extremely functional! A large butcher block top was added to one of the cabinets and I don't know how I lived without it. White quartz tops everything and I love it!

Dror the owner of LIA construction he took control of my remodeling, he keep me in the loop day by day . The craftsmenship was excellent and the granite countertops was complete slabs no seams. My wife and I are real happy of the finish product. 5 star. Thanh you Dror LIA Construction

I also had a corner cabinet built for the kitchen in addition to new quartz countertops. It matched the existing cabinets perfectly. Looks like it came with the house. Excellent cabinet work. I will definitely hire them again for my future remodeling. The office staff is great and the installers were friendly and seemed to enjoy their job.

Awesome work! Looking forward to our next project with LIA. Just a reminder for any project, drawings with numbers. Even though there were miscommunications, they went above and beyond what was required to please us.

Too many sub contractors in and out my house.

Family friendly company. Very good work ethic.

In addition to the damage, and lack of respect for my property, they have poor communication, don't follow thru or do what they say they are going to do. Had to keep hounding them daily as to what was going to happen the each day! People showed up on Saturday to work and I was told they don't work weekends. They finally pulled permits after I hounded for them for weeks. They pulled them 12/4/18, they should've been pulled at the beginning of the project Sept/Oct. My remodel was supposed to be completed by the first week in December...I even gave them till the 20th as they still were not any where near completing. I fired them on the 10th! I lost my patience/confidence with them. I have NO kitchen, my bathrooms are not completed either...I will say Pedro (tile installer) took pride in his work and my tile is beautiful.

This company has no integrity. They switched product. When informed they refused to put in the correct product. I would say it's the salesman that was the culprit however once the owner was notified of the problem they refused to correct it. Run away as fast as you can, these people have no integrity.
